Stayed Mar 9, 2025I think they should clearly state that unit B is totally separate. I assumed it was a loft area. If our kids were little that wouldn’t work for us to be sleeping totally separate. They are teens and liked to have their own space. There is def a scent, not sure if it’s cigs or what. There was no sponge to clean dishes or cleaning supplies or sprays to clean counters.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025First time in Brian Head. Not knowing the layout of the town, this was a good close option to the lift as well as the only food options. The bad, down stairs master bed is completely blown out. After 5 mins you sink in a trench. Upstairs masters is rock hard. My guest had to sleep on the couch

Stayed Jan 29, 2025The rental consists of two completely separate units:Unit 27 includes the living area, kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom.Unit 27A is basically two livingrooms, with a small bathroom with a tiny shower, and a sink. Not much privacy.Important to note: There is no direct connection between the two units. Access to Unit 27A is through a shared in-door hallway. The kitchen is very small, which wasn’t a huge issue for us since we prepped most of our meals ahead of time. However, many of the kitchen utensils were broken or awkward to use, making meals more challenging. The fridge had a constant puddle of water in it due to a leaking freezer.Cleanliness was disappointing—something other reviews have also pointed out. While we understand it can be hard to find good cleaning help, this was our fourth year renting in Brian Head, and we've never encountered a unit this dirty. There was dust everywhere. On the plus side, the location is great. This setup could work well for a group of friends who don’t have kids and aren’t planning to cook much.Bottom line: Great location, especially for a group of friends, but cleanliness was disappointing needimprovement.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Overall, we had a great time at this condo! We were close to the ski lifts, and the bed accommodations were perfect for our family of 8. I do recommend clearly stating the room configuration in the condo description. The condo has two entrances, and the rooms are not connected from the inside. We did not have a problem with the rooms, but a family with small children may be upset that the master is downstairs and other beds are upstairs. The beds upstairs were a little squeaky. The shower upstairs was tiny, but not a big deal because the one downstairs was nice. We had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay and enjoyed the fireplace. The condo was great for our large family.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We rented this condo for the Christmas holiday, but there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal. First, be advised that there are about five flights of stairs from the parking area to the front door, and then another flight to reach the second story of the condo. Additionally, the listing does not accurately describe the layout: the second story is completely separate from the first floor, where the kitchen and fireplace are located. We brought our kids with us for Christmas and didn’t feel comfortable leaving them on a completely separate floor. Our main concern was the cleanliness and maintenance of the condo. Upon arrival, we found that a piece of the main sink had broken off, and a ceiling tile in the kitchen kept falling while we were cooking. The carpet on the upper floor was heavily stained, and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing a blade, making a grinding noise when it was turned on. There was also mold under the main bathroom sink, some trash had not been emptied, and many surfaces hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. We communicated these concerns to the host, who offered to send someone to address the issues during our stay. However, given that it was Christmas, we didn’t feel comfortable with having maintenance come in while we were there. We understand that holiday rates can be higher, and we chose to pay the premium. However, given the conditions of the condo, we felt the value did not justify the cost, we were disappointed.
