    The hot tub never worked, it was broken. I call to turn it on, but it didn't work. Then, the administration told me that it has to be replaced, but there were some public ones. :(. I booked for a place with private hot tub, but it didn't work. If you book and plan to use hot tub, make sure it works. Ask in advance for the administration to turn it on.

    It was great having the hot tub one step from the patio door. Not completely private as the neighbors patio is attached but pleasant enough. Fireplace had a switch that would heat up the family room nicely. The garage was on the first floor with ski racks on the wall so you didn’t have to store them inside your car or carry them upstairs.

    It’s important to note that keys to this unit must be picked up at the main office which is on the other side of town. Same for check-out. We didn’t realize this until we had already arranged our shuttle from Denver. Thankfully our driver was willing to help us out and pick up the keys, but it would be helpful for this information to be included in the listing. Pros: spacious condo, great location, generally clean, the hot tub was a welcome treat after skiing. Cons: quite outdated and the furniture and decor could definitely use an upgrade and some TLC.

    We loved our stay in Breckenridge this year! The condo was close to town and had bus routes right outside our door. This was the first time we stayed somewhere that had garage access. It was nice to know that my car was locked up at night. Our condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the private hot tub. The beds were comfortable And the living area was spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

    The condo was great overall. The best part was the Hotub. The condo itself is a little dated, carpet could be replaced and the coffee pot was cracked...other than that we were very happy with the place for the price in high season.

    The property is in a great location. It is easy to walk everywhere. We booked this unit because of the hot tub but when we got there the water was smelly and murky. There was also mold on all the head rest. The main blind in the living room was broken only one side would lift up. There was an open/ exposed electrical box on the floor in the kids room. The hot water in one of the bathroom sinks was broken. The back door was really hard to open. Plus, all the furniture is really worn out and very uncomfortable. Overall. I would not recommend this unit.

    Great place, easy walk to lift and downtown. Great parking. Hot tub was amazing. Only problem was check in - only instructions were sent when reserved, nothing the day of. Need to send reminder email the day before/of check in. Had no idea you had to go to the office to get keys, which caused a big problem at check-in.

    Loves the space and walkability to downtown. Unit was fairly comfortable however some decor and furniture updates would go a long way. Overall I would recommend.

    The condo looked like the photos. So - that was accurate. The property management company was amazing. We had a few issues with the unit the first and last days and the property managers were responsive to all of our issue and were all very nice and went above and beyond to help us out. So - absolute 5 stars for the property management team. The location was very convenient to walk to downtown. We also skied every day. It was a short walk to the Quicksillver Super Chair. The unit itself could use a little updating - both of the shower doors don't stay on track - not a huge deal, but would help with ease of use. The kitchen could use some more supplies - There are also only 5 tiny coffee mugs in the unit and the unit sleeps 6 - so more coffee mugs would be great. Also - there weren't any baking sheets in the kitchen. We love to bake cookies in the mountains. The property managers brought over their own cookie sheet for us to use. This shouldn't have been necessary, but they made it right. Overall, the unit was workable and PM team was exceptional.
