Stayed Feb 9, 2025Just as advertised! Everything went very smoothly, the host is very timely in communication, condo is very well equipped, comfortable and clean! Location is amazing being able to easily walk to two separate lifts. Shops, restaurants, groceries all easily in walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Such convenient, centrally-located lodging for a ski weekend in Aspen. Condo/apartment is well-appointed. Parking inside the building’s garage is a breeze. Beds and living area comfy Host couldn’t be nicer or more accessible via text and/ email. There are two options for reaching nearby lifts—both minutes away on foot. We appreciated the first floor ski lockers. An excellent value for sure!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024My girlfriends and I come up to Aspen every summer. This was our second time staying at Linda’s condo. It’s the perfect location and having a spot in the garage is an added bonus. The condo has everything you need. Linda is a great host. We enjoyed or stay and will likely be back again next year!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024My wife and I visited for 8 nights around 4th of July. The location is unbeatable. You are two short blocks from all of the restaurants and shops in Aspen Core, 1 block from a large park to read, play with your kids, etc. we spent most of our time hiking, running, listening to the free concerts around town and dining out at the local restaurants. You can also walk to the grocery store in town. The condo was clean, the parking in the garage was easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for the great stay. We will likely be back.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Went to Aspen Food & Wine event. Location was really easy walk to the venue and peaceful once back at the unit after the event. Beds were good, felt like an upscale hotel with all the amenities. Has dedicated parking which is a must in downtown Aspen.
