Perfect Weekend Getaway! Condo With Great River Views! Pool!

Very clean and accessable to local shopping and food

Great view of the river from the balcony along with lots of birdsong. The studio was small but nicely arranged.

The room was clean. The pool was fantastic!!! It was so hot, the pool was a refreshing cool down. The only thing that needs attention is that the sliding glass door did not lock. It appears to latch, but with a pull it is open. It should be addressed.

We had an amazing time, and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. This will forever be our go to, every time we plan a getaway to Grafton. Great communication by the owner.

Room/condo is exactly as advertised. It is small, simple and perfect for what we needed. Super clean. The view is fantastic. The restaurant at the Aries right up the hill from the condo was excellent. Loved the stay. Would definitely stay again. Few things just to consider... - it was a bit noisy upstairs but nothing too distracting - the remote still doesn't work - there is no wifi (we didn't need it really) - our phone reception was poor. That's on Verizon. - bring your own shampoo and toiletries.

A perfect location for enjoying all the things in Grafton. The condo was well suited and we enjoyed spending time on balcony looking at the river.

This is the perfect spot for a getaway short trip. The location is excellent. Close to all the attractions. The view is outstanding. The pool just put it over the top.

Very easy process. Condo was clean. Convenient location, but still drove to eat, etc. because it is on quite the hill. However, it makes for amazing river views.

Perfect location for visiting the Grafton nain strip! The room was clean and the communication with the owner was great....It would be nice to visit in the summer when the pool is open. The back deck sitting area had a fun view

Really like the property as this is our 2d stay there in 3 years. Very comfortablebut the addition of a small to mediunm recliner wouild be great.

Awesome place to stay especially if you're drinking and don't want to drive home.

My husband and I stayed at this property for the second year in a row. The location is wonderful, not walkable to town but it offers a great view of the river. Very clean and just as pictured. We are looking forward to going back and would definitely stay here again.

Property was fine and great location but wasn’t too happy with the noise level of the upstairs renters. Every time the toilet flushed we heard it, and heard the foot traffic loud and clear. My husband is an air quality specialist and looked at the air filters of the air conditioning - they were very dirty. Please replace those for the next renters. We also had our parking spot taken by the upstairs neighbor. We parked across the street in gravel as we didn’t want to cause issues.

The property is a great location. It is out of the main tourist area and within walking distance of the restaurants, shops, and activities. Beautiful patio view, clean, and the pool was well maintained. Communication with the host was easy and stress free.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The full sized fridge is a huge plus for ice, beer and leftovers! The unit is in close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. It was really nice having access to a pool, as it was extremely hot during our stay. The neighbors who live there and share the pool were very welcoming and friendly. One very nice man even left his bags set out for my husband and brother in law to use all day!

We only stayed for one night, but i’m glad we found this apartment because most places in the area require a two night minimum booking. It was perfect! Great location, easy to find. We would definitely stay here again!

This location had all the amenities that my husband and I needed. Pool was great! Close to downtown Grafton. Would stay there again.

This property was the perfect space for my friend and I! It was clean and bed was comfortable. The only 2 complaints I had was the remote to the tv didn’t work and I had to figure out how to reprogram it; the listing also had a hot tub and there was no hot tub on the property. This should be removed from the listing. Great place!
