Perfect Vacation! Views of the Water and Destin Sunsets!

We did a quick one night stay at this condo for our last night in Destin. We typically stay in a larger condo complex closer to the harbor but wanted to see how this part of Destin was for future stays. Unfortunately this complex does not allow you to use the pool before the very strict 4pm check in. We checked out of our other condo at 10am and did some shopping during the day. Upon check in we could not find a pool key. My daughter was so disappointed to not be able to use the pool on the last day of vacation. The pool keys are old school and require an actual key to get in the gates. We also left early the next morning but the porch swing would have been great in the mornings and I think the view would have been really nice. The condo was nice and had a pocket door for the bunk bed area. The only issue I think we would've had for a longer stay was that there is only one bathroom. Pompano Joes is right across the street. This area seems a little younger and people tend to walk around more. I think it would be a fun area!

the stay wasn't what I thought it would be to be celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary the tenants damn was very loud play very loud music used loud profanity words could not sit out on the patio for they Behavior Delaney on the bed what's nasty and I have pictures of the bugs on the comforter call to complain left a message no one ever call me back will not stay with Summer Breeze 110 through newman-dailey again and will not recommend it to no one.

Seemed clean when we got there although the sheets to the pull out bed from the couch had blood stains on them and the people above us stayed up all night and you can definitely hear every foot step through the ceiling at times it would shake the ceiling fan and pictures on the wall, didn’t sleep well the whole trip due to the people above us. Tv remote would not work in the bedroom and there is no overhead light which made it alittle dark... also had issues with the bathtub not draining while taking a shower.. not sure we will come back to this unit.

We have stayed several times at summer breeze each time we love it more perfect view the people that work there are very nice the staff with Newman Daily are very helpful and Courteous we recommend it to everyone ❤️

Rugs in living room, kitchen were filthy. Bedding was dirty and some of the pillows had blood stains. Wasn't a good weekend.

I don’t think you’ll find a better view without being directly on the beach. Kitchen was small but well stocked with cookware and utensils. Good restaurants nearby, including one directly across the street. Unit was comfortable and homey. Bed in the master bedroom was great. Bunks and sleeper sofa were fine. The kids complained about a lack of outlets near the bunk beds; they had to unplug a lamp in the living room and run a charging cable to their bunk to charge their devices. Speaking of which, this unit had really good, really fast internet. One drawback was a lack of a washer-dryer in the unit, but there was one downstairs. Would stay there again, no question!

Banged on door. Hotel was noisy you could here all steps and conversations of other tenants.

We enjoyed stay there and it’s perfect to walk to the ocean right there from our condo, nice weather too!!! We ll miss this place!! Hope to come back someday soon!
