Stayed Jan 24, 2025Location is great for access to Chair Lifts and Park City Mountain. However it isn’t as close to old town Main Street as the listing makes you think. 20 min walk. Property was also smaller than the pictures make it look. Bedding wasn’t completely clean. Found a lot of hair in beds. There were no laundry supplies to wash bedding. Sits right in Empire so there is a lot of traffic noise.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was recently remodeled and looks like the photos. It's small, but there was a bed for all five of us. It's conveniently located walking distance to Park City Mountain and a short walk from downtown. The strange thing about it, is that it didn't really have the amenities that you'd expect at a condo so close to the mountain. The locked storage was too small for skiis and not wide enough for snowboards. No real place to put ski gear inside the house. The management company was super helpful and responsive to our questions. Overall, it was fine. We paid for the location

Stayed Jan 4, 2025The listing indicates a Master Bedroom, which is defined as a bedroom with connected bathroom. That is not the case. The bedroom is next to the front wall of the condo and the tiny bathroom is down the narrow hall. The are props in the photo, leading you to believe that there are ample working light fixtures. The maintenance department did come promptly to provide extension cords. The chairs in the living room are so tiny that if you are larger than 5'2, 120 pounds, you cannot use. The ceiling fans were filthy; we made the mistake of using one and the years of built up dust went flying onto the mattress. The kitchen has two pans and one pot; hardly sufficient to actually cook. More like a kitchenette. The hot water heater is in the master bedroom closet and makes noises all night long. They did have a vaporizer available which was greatly appreciated and the response from Jaunt was quick to reply, but unfortunately could not rectify the misleading nature of the listing. The building wood is rotting and this condo is on the third floor. No elevator and so shlepping your equipment up three flights and additional platform stairs was not ideal at the end of a long day skiing. Beds are comfortable and plenty of bedding and towels. Did not use the property pool or hottub, so cannot report on that. However, did see many folks using. Since bedroom is next to front wall, could hear all the conversations in the hottub until 1 am.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024Excellent: location to Park City ski resort (across the street from parking lot), quick drive to Deer Valley, easy access to Park City businesses/downtown, full size washer and dryerGood: comfortable space, kitchenette is handy, most communication was good, keurig and coffee station was nice, well insulated from cold weatherCould be better: access information wasn't correct (door code, parking tag, wifi), some was resolved immediately but some communication went unanswered, trundle bed had not been pulled out in a while so had gathered dust and yuck from upper bed, broken coffee pot, showers are poorly designed so difficult to prevent water from leakingThings to know: Not designed for small children and is listed accurately by not appearing in family searches (spiral staircase would be a hazard). Traffic during ski lift start and end times can be significant. Road blocks put up during these times so plan accordingly.Overall: not perfect but very nice, enjoyable stay
