Anytime of year our guests love staying at the Terracehouse Condos in Snowmass! This particular vacation rental is located at the end of the Terracehouse complex closest to the Stonebridge Inn providing for quick access to all that the hotel amenities guests can use during their stay. You will enjoy access to the seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pit area. You will also find an indoor fitness room with steam and sauna in the locker rooms. For even more convenience, just outside the condo you can enjoy an outdoor grill and spacious seasonal hot tub offered at the Terracehouse complex. Heather's Restaurant, located inside the Stonebridge Inn, is a popular spot with locals and tourists alike. Head over after a long day exploring Aspen Snowmass for a cold beverage and delicious appetizer or dinner in the bar area or full service restaurant, just steps from your vacation rental. Enjoy the best of both worlds, condo living with hotel amenities!



In addition to the great access to all the amenities on site, just a short 50 yard walk away and you are putting your skis or snowboard on and taking a few turns down to the Village Express chair or the Elk Camp gondola. Store your equipment in secure storage right outside your front door for easy access and in a few quick minutes you will be clicking in! In the summer months it is just a stroll down to the Elk Camp Gondola for an amazing ride up to the Lost Forrest where you can enjoy the Alpine Coaster, ziplining, ropes course, fishing and more. Hiking and biking trails are also easily accessible from the ski trails, once the snow melts. If uphilling is just a bit too much, put your bike on the gondola and ride the trails down!



The recently remodeled kitchen is fully stocked so you can enjoy dining at home during your stay. The living area offers comfortable seating, a spacious dining table and a custom built entry way for storing all your mountain adventure gear! The master bedroom has an inviting king bed, an en-suite bath with a shower and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be bridged into one king if this bedding is preferred. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like these beds to be one king for your stay! The sofa bed pulls out in the living room providing an additional sleeping space in the evenings.

    82 Terracehouse was perfect in every way for our Snowmass getaway. Perfectly located close to The Mall and easy walk to slopes to ski down to lift. Well appointed condo and amenities. Comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Amazing hot tub right outside down the stairs. Easy access, short walk to parking, with loading spot right on street below. Access to Stonebridge Inn rec center with well equipped gym, heated pool, more hot tubs, and sauna, steam room, and showers was wonderful. And to top it all off, the iTrip teams organization, regular communication before and during stay, detailed instructions, and incredibly thorough online guidebook was top notch professional and best I’ve seen. Only want to stay here on future Snowmass trips. No reason to stay anywhere else. The best. Thank you iTrip!

    Great apartment and great location, check-in was easy and the Itrip team really responsive. the only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is I believe the mattress at the main bedroom was way to soft and pillows way to big and not soft enough

    I was blown away by the excellent communication of the iTrip staff. Everything was spelled out in a vacation guidebook from check-in to checkout, including door codes and trash info and WiFi passwords. The place was beautiful, very well kept. Although we did not have a chance to cook this trip, the home was well-stocked with everything we needed regarding pots, pans, and cooking utensils, etc. We were very comfortable here after our long days of hiking and sightseeing. We hope to return to this exact home again. We HIGHLY recommend!

    Location Location Location! Almost perfect location to slopes as well as mall and favorite restaurants!. We also enjoyed how close and beautifully Landscaped the hot tub was right out our door. The condo itself was tastefully furnished and comfortable!Due to 3 of us being over 60, we may prefer a place with an elevator because it was a bit tiring carrying Luggage and equipment up and down steps. Staff was Helpful and available when we had questions or requests.

    Perfect location , ski in ski out Snowmass. Close the bus stop for Aspen, Highland Aspen and Buttermilk and the Village . Parking lots close to the unit.We ski the four mountains,We didn t need to drive . The free bus services is the best way to go every where you want.

    Our family had a wonderful stay in the condo. Location is fantastic for getting on and off the slopes. Condo was clean, very comfortable for our family of 4, and exactly as described/pictured.     Well equipped, great location, short walk to Snowmass Village and ski slopes. We have stayed at Terracehouse before and this was our favorite unit. Most comfortable sleeper sofa we ever had. Highly recommend.

    Condo worked out great for us. It was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the rest of the condo. Great location within Snowmass Village and easy proximity to a nice hot tub. Property Manager was great to work with.

    Beautiful location with amazing landscaping. Peaceful and relaxing with one of the best landscaped hot tubs I have seen. Also nice pool and workout facility with steam room and sauna that was great for my kids. We plan on staying here again soon.
