Perfect Relaxing Getaway with Heated Pool and Gym!

Beautiful grounds but the unit could use a deep clean and new living room furniture. The couch, carpets and curtains are all stained and very dirty. Minimal amenities and certainly no extras. Won’t be in a hurry to return.

My teen girls and I LOVED this rental. It was today, cute and spacious. I enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the patio with the Hawaiian garden views. We did not hear the train at all. The rental came equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and kid toys for the beach. Just steps from the beach, close to the gym and pool. It was perfect for our girls trip! Had such a nice time!

Our condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and beachy. It was a little hot in our condo. The fans helped alot. The condo had everything we needed and we just loved every minute of our stay. My only suggestion is better pillows they weren't the greatest but they worked :) we would definitely stay again

This was the cleanest property I have stayed at. Close to the beach, awesome parking garage, and super clean!! The property and the condo was next to spotless. Loved every minute!

The property itself was nice but the couches were really dirty that we wouldn’t sit on them without towels.

Everything is amazing. Amazing location! However, there’s a bad odor coming from the couch, and maybe a little bit more of kitchen utensils would up the level to great!

Walking distance to restaurants and could not be any closer to beach access. Unit did not have AC, but so close to the beach one can just open the windows and slider. Unit does provide large fans and ceiling fan is located in the bedroom.

The property was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and the check in/out process was very easy and clear. It was very comforting to have the HOA on-site in the event something happened with the property. The establishment was very family friendly! We walked to the beach, the harbor beach was much more relaxing and had lots of space compared to the pier side. We walked to the train station and took the Coaster down to San Diego, a very nice train! We also had shopping and restaurants in the harbor which was much more quiet and family friendly than the pier side. The condos were perfectly placed to enjoy either the pier or harbor side but for our family the harbor was perfect and met all of our needs for food, shopping and a big sandy beach. My only small complaint was the pull out couch. It would be fine for small kids but not very adult or teenager friendly. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay!

We absolutely loved this rental- Reading complaints about moisture smell is strange, You are right in front of the ocean and of course there will be moisture! It was very clean, the owners are wonderful and provided all beach supplies, kitchen supplies. We do feel couch should be reupholstered or replaced- It is worn as mentioned by others - Otherwise, we will definitely return!! Thank you - God bless!
