The primary bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom, and the guest bedroom has 2 full beds with adjacent full bathroom. There is a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The open floor plan offers ample space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The living room opens on to the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a home ...cooked meal or leisurely breakfast. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with TV and Dvd. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional charge.

The complex boasts immaculate manicured grounds, large private community pool, Bbq grill and assigned parking with a first-come, first-served guest parking spot.

Redington Shores is between World Famous John's Pass with restaurants, shopping and alligators and Clearwater Beach with Pirate Ships, boat rentals and more shopping and eating. There is no shortage of places to eat (besides your kitchen). The Shores is next door to Kenny's Corner for great Breakfast and Lunch and less than a mile to Conch Republic, Friendly Tavern, Sweet Sage, and The Frog Pond. The Beach public Trolley travels on Gulf Blvd from St. Pete to Clearwater Beaches.

The Town of Redington Shores has 4 parks, 5 public beach accesses, a causeway with benches for relaxing and fishing, and a community recreation area with basketball courts and a large children's playground. You will find wide, white-sand beaches, abundant fishing, boating, parks, and plentiful wildlife. Come watch the sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay, and later, enjoy the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Go shelling along the shoreline. Two playground areas and two tennis courts are nice kid-friendly havens used by visitors and locals alike.

North Redington Beach provides a relaxing escape with its slow and friendly pace. Come and stay awhile. This home is perfect for a flexcation.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    The property and location were great. The views were spectacular. The furnishings were terrible. I would never stay again or never recommend until some of them were changed.

    The property was very well kept and manicured . The building was smaller so it had a less busy feel which we loved . The condo was just as pictured . Loved my morning coffee and sunsets on the balcony with gulf view . Definitely coming back next year !!
