Incredibly well located, and recently updated furniture, it is walking distance not only to the ski lifts but to many shops and restaurants in Arrabelle. It is only a few yards away from the central Lionshead bus stop where you can also hop the free bus to Vail Village or Golden Peak too!

South facing, the living room is filled with sun and has a comfortable seating arrangement with sectional sofa, gas fireplace, hidden 42” TV and stereo. Free wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, includes Nespresso and drip coffee machines. The dining area will seat up to 8 people and is right off the sliding glass door walkout to the garden and bike path.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom also has a queen and a twin so either of these rooms can be ideal for young families. The bathroom across the hall from these two bedrooms is complete with tub and shower and is modern and beautifully tiled. The spacious master bedroom is at the end of the hallway, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom, with deluxe shower, is also modern and beautifully tiled. All bedrooms are attractively decorated with crisp white bed linen and colorful, patterned duvet covers. Humidifiers and device charging stations in each room.

Ski storage in unit.

Free parking for one vehicle is included with the rental of Treetops II, unit 1C. Parking for additional vehicles is not possible in the building’s lot (only ONE parking spot with this unit, strictly enforced so please plan accordingly), but if you have additional vehicles Treetops is next to the Lionshead Parking Structure, which is across the street from the building.

Shuttle services from Denver and Eagle airports are availble for your transportation needs. Once you arrive, there really is no need for a car!

Other parking option:
There are parking space rental apps, one is called SpotSurfer, which might have alternative options as well.

Limit 8 people, in excess of that number renters are subject to forfeiture of security deposit.
Please provide names of all occupants.
Owner reserves right to knock and check on state of unit during reasonable hours.
Smoking is not permitted.
Any sign of tobacco or marijuana use will result in eviction if found out during the stay, this includes in the hallways/stairs and the outside patio/garden area. If smoke or paraphernalia is found post stay by the cleaning crew and documented then the entire $1000 deposit will not be returned. We have not had to enforce these policies and hope to keep the record of people enjoying our family home without incident.

    The best location we've had of any condo rental on any of the epic pass mountains! (and we rent a lot of condos)The walk to the lift is seriously one minute. The condo has a completely outfitted kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine which is perfect for the morning rush out the door. Comfortable, spacious, clean; simply a wonderful place. And a huge plus, Heather and Chris are fantastic to work with.

    Condo was cozy and clean with a killer location!!3 minute walk to Eaglebahn gondola, Chophouse, who offers best apres ski in Vail along with great food also 3 minute walk! If you are planning on skiing in Vail, I highly recommend this condo. Heather was a very responsive host!

    Check in process was very easy, the location was extremely convenient to make a short walk to Lionshead Gondola / Born Free Chair / Ski School. Tons of restaurants, shops and ice rink located within Lionshead village. Great for families with a larger primary and 2 other rooms sleeping 3. Kitchen was very well stocked with all you need, wine and cheese greeted us. A very nice feature is the first floor patio where you can walk directly out to the path to Gondola. Great stay!
