Perfect Location! Private Condo Near Sloan's Lake

Great place to stay!

Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We chose this place because we were going to a Denver Broncos game. The location was centralized. It was perfect distance from the stadium. There was plenty of restaurants. Great communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved the website for the place with check in/out, amenities and other details all in one spot. It was clean and comfortable. Also nice to have free parking!

Very clean and cozy place to stay and in a great location

The condo was easy to access, clean and the perfect central point to explore Downtown Denver and a 20 min drive to Red Rocks.

Nice walk to Sloan's Lake and Edgewater Market. Driving downtown and to Boulder was easy and convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The host was prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time in Denver.

Had a great time the place was centrally located for all the things we had been planned. Nice safe and very clean place. The owner was amazing about responding to any questions or concerns I had. Definitely will be staying here again.

The place was clean, the host was ready to help but not all over us, and the beds were comfortable. I’d recommend it.

This place looks just like the pictures and description is accurate. The owner was great and responded promptly to my questions. The exterior of the building is in need of repairs and it’s not the best part of town. It’s close to Denver though so it’s a trade off. We did have some dogs barking and people yelling and making noise over the weekend

So far have stayed here twice - It is spacious, conveniently located to Red Rocks, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Cody is a great host, would stay again!

I would highly recommend checking the neighborhood safety score before booking this property. I was woken up at 3:00am Sunday morning by yelling in the parking lot (not the first occasion). When I looked out the window, I saw 5 homeless people roaming the parking lot. I couldn’t fall back asleep after this from worrying our car would be broken into. The neighbors were out drinking, smoking marijuana, and left garbage outside. The place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana from the window AC unit bringing the smell from outside indoors. The upstairs bedroom lock was not usable because the lock was on the outside of the door. The host was great and the property itself was clean, however I did not feel safe in this location. I feel like the description of the property location was misleading.
