    The noise outside of the room was pretty rough. Noise does not normally bother me but I was woken up every night by the noise of something going on outside the window. The room was rather clean. There was not enough hot water for me and my husband to take showers back to back. The security guard is on a power trip and was super unhelpful and rude. The night of 4th of July there was no parking after having to pay for a parking ticket. We had to park next to a curb painted red blocking other cars in. Nobody was checking parking passes at any point we were there. I was told I would get a text when my room was ready I did not, we had to call. The room has a physical key, not key card or passcode, that is not a huge deal just an added hassle. I will not stay here again.

    My particular unit was close to the dumpster which gets emptied at about 3:30-4:00 in the morning, so it will wake the dead. Our unit was also right outside of the elevator entrance, so there was a lot of noise at night. There was also some sort of construction work going on in the unit next to ours, which we were not told about in advance. The condo property is in a good location as it relates to being within walking distance of shopping and dining, however we will not likely stay there again.

    the condo was not worth the money i paid for it. it needs lots of repairs. much needed PAINT and the condo was not very clean. i would not stay at Island Wind again. i would NOT recommend this condo to any one. Sorry
