Perfect location in the heart of downtown Steamboat

Brian was very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. This place is the perfect location in Steamboat. It is an easy walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a ski hill across the street and there is a bus stop within a short walking distance to get to other ski slopes or locations. The place looks recently remodeled, was clean and beautifully decorated with a welcoming feel. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy

This property was exactly what our family needed for our trip to Steamboat. The property is fresh and well managed. The attention to detail made out trip.

Unit was very nice! Completely done over. It is a 3 story building with the unit on the 3rd floor. The master brm is co on Yampa St and the other 2 bedrooms face the alley. We chose to use queen bedroom at back of unit as it was more quiet and just 2 of us. The location is right in center and very walkable. Tubing is just across street along with many restaurants. It can be a little noisy at night as the restaurants and bars are very close and stay open quite late.

Loved being able to walk around downtown straight out of the condo. Only downside is the very limited parking if you have a second car.

Our group of 5 had a great time here - great location to walk around downtown steamboat and easy 10 minute drive to the mountain. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Our stay was wonderful. The location downtown gave all of the non-skiers something to do and it is a quick drive to drop them off at the mountain or to catch the bus!

Enjoyed a few days on the mountain. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops!

The property was spacious and clean. Nice that is was on the top floor of the building. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Great views. All needed amenities. Designated parking spot as well. We will gladly stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.
