I would 100% go back to stay at this Condo in Loiza. Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Aquatika! Our host Manuel was awesome!! He was very helpful and very resourceful. He told us where to go eat or to go explore. This condo doesn’t have shampoo, conditioner or soap so make sure to bring those or go to Walmart and get them. What we love about this resort it has beach access with five different pools. It also has a lazy pool but it was under construction when we were there but hopefully it will get fix by the time when you and your family stay there. Rental car is must here because it’s not in San Juan. We rented one and it was great! Must to do rain forest hike we had so much fun!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Puerto Rico and staying here. Our big group rented 2 condos next to each other and the resort amenities couldn't of been better. Many pools, all clean, beach access and very quiet. Many times we had the pools to ourselves. The property manager and Manuel were incredibly communicative. The layout of the condo and beds worked great for our family with young kids (3, 1.5). We did deal with some mosquitos on the front deck area but running a fan and using spray would likely be enough to rid that issue. Super nice having a ground level condo with kids and hauling our stroller wagon. Aquatika is a great location to stay if you want to perks of a resort with multiple pools/beach as well as a great mid point to the rainforest, many popular northern beaches, the airport and Old San Juan. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again! The people and food were amazing!

The complex was secure, very safe and very nice! Loiza isn’t the best place to stay but was central to everything we wanted to do. We never felt unsafe and Manuel was so nice to talk to at any hour. Unfortunately we suffered thru the great PR power outage of 24/25 but made the best of it. Pro was that we had friends in a different unit and between the two locations we had the absolute best time. Our ground level unit was just as nice as every other unit there including the penthouse units. We did stay in and cook, it was very close to the grocery stores, but you will need to drive a little for restaurants.It fit our style of vacationing very well..

Our family of 5 had a great week long stay! The condo was as listed in a central location with a private beach and pools and playgrounds for our kids. My boys were bummed that the water features in the pool were only on during weekends but it wasn't a huge deal. Manuel was great at communicating and checking in.

Our hosts, Kat and Manuel were awesome and really hope you enjoy your stay. There are multiple pools, and it is a great place for young children, very safe but engaging.

We stayed the last week of Feb 2022, my wife and I and another couple. We had plenty of space. These are a long strip of condo's with various swimming pools and playgrounds along the way, and parking is on both sides. (So people actually seem to LIVE here, along with those who are staying in vacation units.) The place seems to be well manicured and maintained. The property manager for our unit is a great guy (though we only communicated by text). We just missed a complete updating of all the pools, of which there are several. Beach access is by key/gate. The beach is of limited length, with private ownership on both sides, so you really cannot take a long stroll in the surf - only a five-minute one... The water is a bit rough for swimming but the view of the ocean is awesome. It is not crowded at all. Sometimes I was the only one there, or just one or a few others... There is a little shop on the main street, just outside the front gate where you can get pretty much anything you may need. The police station is right there too, in case you may otherwise feel uncomfortable. Outside the gates is a normal community. The northern drive to Aquatika from the airport is wonderful. The southerly drive is good, too, if you'er more interested in taking highways. We did not use the outside patio much - had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. All four of us were extremely pleased with our stay. We just missed the newly remodeled pools but the good news is that it looks like you will have them!

Property was great. Check in process was smooth and easy. Manuel was amazing and responded quickly when questions arose. Private beach was beautiful!! This apartment and property was able to accommodate my family of all ages. Very pleased. You will not be disappointed with all amenities!

Our trip was an amazing retreat! Manuel is wonderful and so very helpful in making the place feel like home. He even stocked the fridge and picked up dinner for us because we were coming in late and arriving before a holiday. He is definitely an asset. As far as the property it has a ton to offer. Lots of pools, beach, tennis, etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the mini golf because there were no clubs, couldn't use the tennis courts because there were no rackets. We did go and buy floats for the lazy river at Walmart. I'm guessing because of COVID the pools did not have any chairs available. There were camping chairs in the condo but loungers would have been ideal. The kitchen lacked some key necessities like baking pans (I bought one and left it there for you!). A grill would have also been wonderful if the home owners decide to upgrade. Also could have used a larger colander and more than one dish towel. The washer/dryer was very helpful. You'll need to go purchase your own detergent. There is a walmart near by which we frequented. The inside of the condo was very clean and very accommodating. The coach was covered but the leather underneath was peeling off so it left quite a mess on the floor. We did let Manuel know and it sounds like they're going to replace it. The location was okay. It felt very safe being gated but outside of the gate was a little shady. It was very noisy at night with very loud music playing most nights outside of the complex. It was centrally located though, near the rainforest, shopping and a really fun mall you should def. check out. The beach was great for little kids since it had some reefs so the waves were small but still fun. We did lose power twice but it didn't last too long. Overall a great stay and I would recommend it! Give Manuel a raise ;) Thanks for a fun vacation.
