The location was nice. Starbucks up the hill had some of the best employees I have ever seen. Over all it was a little to expensive. The washer and dryer was broke tried to contact them but got no response I just went and bought 5 towels. It is a cute nice small place

This condo was perfect for me and my wife. We had everything we needed. They provided paper towels, laundry soap, fabric softener, and much more. Mandie was so kind and the check in process was smooth and easy. The condo was very clean and all the furnishings look brand new.

Nice condo near downtown Sparks which worked well for us during the RibFest. New furnishings and appliances were nice. The small side yard was cluttered and not well maintained though. It took almost 2 weeks to get my deposit returned to me.
