Perfect for large Families! Sleeps 10!

Do not rent from this Host! There are unaddressed issues in Portifino Unit P1-0707. After I questioned the issues I had laid out in my personal message sent days prior to Carrie the host, I was told only part of my written communications came through. How does that happen? In all of my years of online renting this has never been the case. When it was all said and done Carrie wanted me to go away by offering money and not addressing the issues for future renters! You will also be told that you should report any issues (it was early morning before check out) during your stay with the office where you checked in and not by messaging through the app. Keep small children out of the kitchen. The top shelf of dishwasher rollers are worn out. When loaded it will roll off track spilling dishes onto the floor. If you are staying in the master suite get ready for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. There is a huge indention in the mattress that went unaddressed. I had to put two kingsize pillows between the sheet and mattress. In hindsight of knowing whom to report problems to, would they have brought a new kingsize mattress during our stay? ? It is concerning and hard to believe that prior renters did not report these same issues and we had to experience this during our stay too. If I were a betting Lady, I'd say that mattress is still in the property. Again, rent from a more caring Host that will do a better job at addressing property issues to ensure your families safety and comfort! P. S. I look forward to reading the rebuttal.

A family driven spring break in March. Weather was windy, floor was quiet. Pools were warm, services from club house were great. Lots of good times and laughs were made.

Overall the condo was as described, we had some maintenance issues that had to be resolved while there.

The condo was beautiful and clean.

We didn’t know what to expect, but the property and Portofino surpassed our expectations! Highly recommend! It’s amazing!
