So the unit is very out of date with all of the furniture and appliances. Felt springs on bed as well as couches. Stove turned off and on in the middle of cooking. Worst part is none of the outdoor amenities were open and I called before I booked it to verify and was told yes all amenities are open. This was a lie and was told at check in they had just found out that pool and lazy river was closed and didn't know how long it would be. This also was a lie because it had been closed since January by the city and nothing had been done. The place was not cleaned and my wife had to go to the store and clean everything and wash all the bedding. We were there for 7 days, and only refunded some of the cleaning fee, and only a little over $250 for the stay which was over $2400! We also had to have plumbers and cleaning people come out to unclog every toilet, shower, sink, shower head. They had to have someone else come out to unclog it because it was so bad and been so long they needed a machine. The cleaning people said they normally clean the unit but was not called to clean this unit before we arrived. Besides being close to the beach and shopping and food, WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

This condo is spacious with a full, well equipped kitchen and beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It was very clean as was the entire property. Easy beach access. Beautiful outdoor pool was heated which was great as our stay was in April with high temps in the low 70’s. We had a wonderful time here with our children and grandchildren. We hope to come again and most definitely recommend staying at Ocean Bay Club 904.

The condo was very clean and very spacious. The oceanfront view was a amazing and there was plenty of room for parking. I look forward to renting this condo again!

This unit served its purpose for what we needed and was in a great area. Walking distance for food and shops. It is not one that is cared for by an individual who takes pride in it - it’s clearly a business property. It needs a deep clean from the trim to the ceiling. During Covid, we arrived to pizza sauce stuck to the counter top, dirty door knobs, crumbs all over the kitchen cushions, and more. Luckily I brought a cleaning kit along. We purchased a linen package and sheets/towels were clean and wrapped individually. Unit needs an update - Bedroom light switches work nothing, door knobs are gold on one side, silver on the other and my husband screwed one in that was was falling off the door. Deck is not equipped for a unit that sleeps 10. There are 2 weak plastic chairs and 1 smaller chair we used our beach chairs for more comfort. Kitchen is decently stocked. Overall the unit isn’t bad - just needs someone to give it a little TLC.
