You'll love relaxing with friends and family in this light and bright condo, steps from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. The two bedrooms - on opposite sides of the condo offer privacy and serene relaxation after a long day on the mountain. Relax in your private hot tub while enjoying the magnificent vistas. With world-class skiing, mountain biking, and hiking just outside, this is a year-round destination with something for everyone! A large chef's kitchen and grand living area provide space for extended family and friends to enjoy the ski season, summer season, or in between. Walk out your door to skiing or hop on the free bus line that takes you to Main Street, shopping/dining, and just about everywhere throughout Park City/Deer Valley.



Our home is on the main level of the Powder Run condos and is steps away from the base of Deer Valley Resort – we are the closest unit to Snow Park Lodge.



The warm and inviting main living area has an open-concept floor plan that flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the dining room table and family room, which has access to the spacious deck. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating for three. The charming hardwood farmhouse kitchen table easily seats eight people and is perfect for meals at home.



After a long day skiing, guests can walk back and cozy up in the family room, which has plenty of couches to cuddle up on, a large flat-screen TV to watch a movie, and a wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm and toasty. You can access the deck from the family room, which has a brand-new hot tub and views of the resort. Watch the snow fall, or skiers come down to the base of Deer Valley resort while relaxing in the hot tub.



With plenty of beds in this home, you can easily fit your whole group. Two bedrooms with five beds allow everyone to have their own bed. The first bedroom has one king bed, one twin day bed, and one twin trundle. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one day bed. Each bedroom has its own private en suite and TV with cable.



This location is hard to beat! Walk less than 500 feet to Deer Valley Resort Snow Park Lodge, 300 feet to the St. Regis Funicular, and less than 400 feet to the Bus stop, and you can experience all that Park City has to offer. The bus ride is about 5 minutes to town, so during ski season or Sundance, you won't have to worry about parking in town! Also included in this unit is protected underground parking with one parking spot and a heated driveway.

    The property is very old and needs a major update! The furniture is old. The bathrooms are old. The carpet is dirty. For what we paid for this property I’m glad we were close to the slopes, but I would not stay here again.

    The location of the property is wonderful and the hot tub has an amazing view and is a good quality tub. The condo could use a little love and updating. The dresser drawers in the master are not functioning if you like to unpack your bags. The TV in the master was not working so good to have an iPad. They are a little skimpy on the towels if you are 4 or more than I would ask for more before you arrive. Both bedrooms have an extra day bed along with the main beds which I didn't care for but I used it to put my clothes' on it. The Wi-Fi worked well and the garage door only can be opened by exiting your car coming in and punching in a code. I think that there must be a remote control somewhere. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of furniture. There is an elevator as well as ample garage parking. Also a very short walk to the lifts so that was awesome. Great place to stay.

    The location could not have been better, it was absolutely excellent. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’m truly delighted with the experience and would definitely stay here again.

    Great location, but a tired unit in need of upkeep. E.g. Mold in the grout of both showers. Arrived to broken lamps and multiple dead lightbulbs. Older carpet and dated tile counters not expected at this price point.

    Very clean and a great location! The main TV and one of the bedroom TVs didn't work as well as the cooler. But the fans in the room helped keep things cool. A wonderful stay overall!

    Two couples stayed here, could have had more but was perfect for us. Great location to ski every morning and easy to grab bus to Main Street PC. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed and management company responsive and thorough. Hot tub on deck a bonus!

    Super convenient location at the top of the preferred parking at Deer Valley, which makes it easy for us with young kids in lessons. Roomy condo with multiple beds in each room, although we did not need them, but good for large families.

    We loved our stay— wish we would have known that it does not have an air conditioner. The weather was perfect though, so it was no issue, but I do wish we would’ve known.
