There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

    Wonderful ocean front stay. The beds were very comfortable and nice to have washer and dryer. Grandchildren enjoyed pool and loved making sandcastles on the beach. Restaurant convenient on beach. Nice covered parking, secured facility. Pillows, linens and silverware could use some attention. overall a delightful place to stay in Florida.

    The condo has amazing views, everything was updated, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a family enjoying a beach. The property manager was easy to reach for a short problem with the AC unit but someone was sent right away to fix the issue, no time wasted on our vacation. They were also very accommodating when our dates landed on the days Tropical Storm Debby and they were able to shift our dates so we wouldn’t lose time on our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

    This was our second time traveling to Marco Island. This was a perfect sized condo for 4 adults and 1 toddler. The views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room were beautiful. The unit was fully equipped with enough towels for the beach and bath. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook when we wanted to. We felt very safe on and off the property and the staff at the Apollo were so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the covered parking. We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Marco Island.

    Walking into the unit I noticed how marked up the walls were and the sofa had a grimy haze over it. The off white seat cushions on the dining room chairs were all stained. Of course, after booking it, we were told that there was painting going on, and there would be some noise and dust. I was willing to put up with that however, the noise wasn’t a problem, but there was no dust. There were paint chips flying everywhere, including into the pool. I exited the pool on the Thursday I was there and had paint chips stuck to my body. Using the balcony furniture was not possible because there was paint chips over the table and by chairs. No sooner did I clean it and they reappeared. The shower floor in the master looks like it hadn’t seen bleach in over a decade. Check out is at 10, but the cleaning service knocked on our door at 8 AM ready to clean. I stayed at Sea Breeze on Marco Island 2 years ago and it was pristine and half the price. Lesson learned, would never stay here again nor recommend it.
