And of course we've made it possible for you to enjoy the view while soaking in the premium hot tub on the back patio. Fairway Springs is one of the only ski-in/ski-out communities in Park City offering an amazing ski village experience for guests. Get the privacy of your own space without the expense of the next-door Waldorf or Wyndham.

This beautiful condo features 3 bedrooms, one being the master suite. The master bedroom features a King Bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, heated floor and double sinks. The room sits off the patio where guests can access the hot tub 24/7. The second bedroom features a king bed and is located steps from the second full bathroom. The third bedroom is our bunkroom with full beds on the bottom and twins on top. This room also has hot tub access to the patio. A sofa-sectional upstairs can also be folded out into a queen bed. In total of 12. A pack-n-play also allows you to make sure your smallest travelers are comfortable, too!

The main level has a living room with 55 TV w/ Direct TV and Smart, streaming functionality. This TV sits on the mantle above a cozy gas fireplace. A smaller tv can keep the bunkroom guests entertained after a day out recreating. Just off the living and dining room area, there's a gourmet display kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero, 4 bar seats, and 8-seat dining room table. Everything you need to entertain or enjoy the condo is available, from dishes, silverware, cooking tools, pots and pans, and more. Off the living room, there's a private deck with outdoor seating (seasonal). All rooms and decks have gorgeous views of the Canyons Golf Course, Canyons Ski Resort and surrounding mountains. The condo entry/foyer is on this level so guests can unload gear and clothing in the garage or closet in the entry. Extra insulation adds to the solace and peace while inside the unit.

    Very clean condo. Short walk to gondola. Hot tub was great at the end of the day. Nice views. Point of contact for the property was readily available. We thought the family room would benefit from more furniture with additional seating and ottoman/coffee table. We would not hesitate to return if the family room concern was addressed for our family of 8.

    Great location, unit was very well decorated. Easy walk to the ski lift, description of the condo was accurate. Recommendations are - getting new pots and pans they are warped and hard to cook on, owner should invest in full-size towels for both the bathrooms and a hot tub. We didn’t have any hangers but the owner accommodated us quickly. Owner should invest in a gas grill.

    Five star property! Top notch location. ~3min walking distance from Waldorf Gondola up to Canyons Village. Beautiful property, wonderfully laid out. Great area for socializing and downstairs sleeping area was well laid out. Comfortably slept 8. Well stocked kitchen, awesome private hot tub, garage. Would highly recommend and would 100% look to rent again when we return to PC!

    Kellen was a wonderful host and quick communicator. The property could not have been more beautifully furnished/decorated and was fully stocked for guests. Condo is a corner unit with beautiful light and stellar views. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from my entire family. I only wish we'd had more time!

    The condo was just as described-- with a beautiful living area and well-equipped kitchen. The views were fantastic and the private hot tub was a plus! Unfortunately, we had a security alarm go off in the fire room outside the condo 3 nights in a row, which disturbed our sleep.

    Had the whole family on our first family ski trip. House lived up to the pictures and was perfect. Very convenient to have a garage while in Park City to quickly park and go where needed. Close to lifts as well.
