Perfect Family or Romantic Getaway~Best View in Orange Beach~Summer specials

property was very clean and a short walking distance to beach & very pleased with our vacation there

Location good. Balcony furniture rusty broken. Mattresses worn out. Remodeling upstairs and unable to stay on balcony or in condo during the day due to noise and water dripping from tiling saw upstairs. Not romantic getaway this trip. There was an older couple actually sitting in parking lot in their car because noise was so bad for them. Disappointed but could be perfect place if improvement. We know people have to remodel.

Lovely place. Clean and beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The elevator and property were very clean the whole time we were there. Loved it..will go again!

Beach view was awesome. Condo needs a little TLC. Have stated gere many yrs. But if the cost goes up as i seen for next October i will more than likely look for another condo.

We had a great time with family staying in other condos in the building. We had our 9 year old granddaughter. She didn’t want to leave this morning! Wonderful vacation! Thanks so much!

We were right on the beach. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony.

Perfect area on the beach & numerous places to eat good food.

Great location and size! Needed a few repairs but overall was a great stay. Headboard had some major issues - bathroom sink would not drain - oven broiler did not work - rocker lounge chair in LR needs new feet. Wi-Fi kept shutting down and restarting or resetting. Again - great stay and great location and size!!!!

The kitchen supplies met our needs and we loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! The balcony is perfect to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach!!!

Wonderful stay again in our favorite building at Orange Beach!

There were a few things that were broken; back door, clog in sink, smoke detector, lock on bottom of bunk bed where paint& tools were held. The dryer is also on its last leg. It didn’t dry very well and made a very squeaky sound making it hard to use at night when we were actually there.

Our condo was exactly what we wanted. The owners were quick with the responses.

We had a great time on our trip the condo was beautiful and clean love the area. The view was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again. Thanks DD

Perfect for the two of us. Comfortable bed and couch. Great restaurants very close by. You should think about putting a broom and dust pan some place in the unit. I would have been happy to sweep up the sand we tracked in. Overall, I’d stay there again.

overall a pretty good experience very clean. very considerate by providing sand toys on the balcony. took us at least 10 times to get the oven buttons to work. the dryer is so rusted when we got our clothes out they were stained with rust.

other than the two industrial fans and dehumidifier going from Saturday (we got there Friday) and still going when we left Thursday everything was great. We can't blame the owner for the water leak 2 floors above our unit for the fans and noise

This was our second time staying and it was great. No complaints, it was clean, has a great view of the ocean and you can walk right out to the beach. Perfect for a getaway and hope to be back in the future!

Nothing could beat the view and access to the beach! Being that close was amazing, steps away from a walk in the sand. The patio furniture made it hard to decide on staying in or going down to the beach. There are kitchen items that made it seem like a home away from home. I enjoyed my stay.

Hair all over the shower when we got there mold on the ceilings. The back sliding door does not lock which was a hazard for our toddlers. The pool was a great amenity. There was plenty of dish soap laundry detergent and toilet paper provided. Overall just not very clean when we got there.

Very clean our fridge had problems when we arrived and within a half hour the host was there with a different fridge nice to work with

Small property, which we enjoyed. Low traffic, quiet, easy access to everything. Condo just as described. Would recommend!

The condo was clean & was exactly as advertised. The weather was perfect & the view was breathtaking. We really enjoyed our trip. We will definitely rent this condo again!!!!

Communication is key in any business and this host excels! Any time I have messaged they have answered immediately. This condo is perfect for couples or a family with small children with the built in bunk beds. The low density of this property is very refreshing. We didn’t cook on this trip but noticed the cookware and utensils were nicely stocked.

This condo was the perfect getaway for our family. We had a tiny issue with the toilet when we first arrived and I called the owner and they were there within 30 minutes and had it fixed. Super kind people!! I will definitely be renting from them again!!

The unit was in a wonderful location but some of the interior of the condo needs updating - like the sofa, toilet seat, bed pillows, etc.

The condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked and it had a weird smell. And the washer and or dryer stained some of our clothes. The dryer was rusty on the inside and I think a new set would be in order. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.
