It was a perfect stay!!! We were attending the Bend Film Festival, and most of the films were downtown and we could just walk to them... The bed was comfortable (well, the pillows were too thick for my husband, but there were others in the closet!!! Thanks for that!) The kitchen is very well supplied, with lots of basics, like cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, good coffee and decent tea bags!!! What a treat for this tea drinker to have green tea bags supplied! The patio looked amazing, but we were so involved with the film fest that we didn't take time to enjoy it! Thanks for a great stay... we are already thinking of possibly coming next year!

We had a nice stay. Great location, clean. Refrigerator was a bit noisy. Furniture a bit dated.

Great time!We stayed for 5 nights, zero problems. It’s small, but it was just me and my wife so it was big enough and we had everything we needed.Location? Perfect! We walked almost everywhere! Food, drinks, shops…Want to float the river? Guess where you get out?Across the street, literally, across the street.Smooth, enjoyable trip and we really liked Bend.

Cute and cozy. Great location to downtown. Easy walk to restaurants, laundromat, pubs and markets. The walls were a bit thin and could hear street noise but it didn’t last long as the city quiets down fairly early. We would reserve this place again!

We were looking for a place to stay close to downtown with our own kitchen so we could save on food expenses. This place is cute, tiny, in a great location, and has a fully functional kitchen which is what we needed. Coming in at about the same nightly price as a Bend hotel room, it feels like a much better value. Everything was just as described and the keyless entry was super easy for checking in and out. Neighborhood is very safe, we felt fine parking one car in the driveway and another in the neighborhood (pay careful attention to parking restrictions!). The park and lake across the way were a lovely place to have coffee before walking into town.

This little spot was perfect for walking along the river to downtown Old Bend. We were in town for the film festival and it was perfect for me and my husband. It was exactly as the reviews stated! Thank you for a great stay. :)

Convenient location to downtown Bend. Trouble with air conditioning. Loud clicking noise made sleeping with AC on at night impossible. Reported to iTrip including video and sound they requested. ITrip sent message they will send a “team” over to fix, mesaage followed the “team” said AC was “ defrosting” and “fixed” temp on ac was set at 70 so I didn’t understand “defrosting” comment. Returned in the evening and problem still exists reported again no response until 3rd day when response was “will talk to mgmt” Four days wo air conditioning at night during heat wave and smoke warnings. Over priced mini house with poor mgmt and response. Very good at automated texts asking for 5 stars reviews.

We struggled in the beginning to get the off street parking sorted out as another tenant was taking up multiple parking spots (normally not a problem but this location is in the pickup zone for river floaters, experiences at Drake Park, so street parking is a premium), but once that was sorted out, great place to stay. Loved the proximity to everything. The unit was well appointed and would definitely stay here again. Chris @ iTrip NW was great to deal with.

The Drake college is located right at the end of Drake Park. What a beautiful spot and an easy walk into the downtown area. The cottage is small, but very comfortable, with a nice functioning little kitchen. Everything was beautifully maintained. And nicely decorated. On an additional note, one day after checking out, I discovered I had left several articles of clothing behind. I contacted Leanne and explain to her. By the next morning she had verified that the articles were still there, and I could pick them up, fortunately, I was still in Bend at the time. We’ve all had this experience before, inadvertently, leaving something behind. Often times those things, just mysteriously disappear, at least that’s been my experience. The Leanne and her team save the day.

It is important to note that it was very difficult to find the property due to the address being incorrect. We love the comfort and the design and the location of Drake cottage 473. After returning back to the cottage late last night, we discovered water on the floor in the kitchen. We were able to turn the water off to prevent water damage.
