Perfect Beach Town Home Away From Home!

This perfect beach town home is also perfect to take in the downtown New Years in Eve Celebration.It is still our happy place to visit in the summer and now a fun destination in the Winter too!The host is always readily available and this place is immaculately kept up and clean with cute beach decor. We are already counting down the days until summer to return!!

This place was incredible and so close to the beach. The parking was a problem, there weren't many spots near the property and it's on a busy street, but that didn't ruin our trip at all. We are already planning our next stay here!

Greg’s place was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of its location. Right in town and just a block to the beach! The apartment was well appointed but why cook with all those excellent restaurants in town! The nights were surprisingly quiet even though we were right in town. There was noise early in the morning from road work being done - obviously out of anyone’s control and will be completed at some point. All in all, we would highly recommend staying at Greg’s Perfect Beach Town Home Away From Home.

Darling town within easy walking distance to the beach. Only downside was that multiple restaurants/shops were closed Tuesday/wednesday, which were the 2 full days we were in the area. We’d return, but would alter our dates to avoid Tuesday/wednesday. We loved Cogdal Vineyards, walking to South Beach, & trying the local restaurants that were open. Admiral Jack’s, Captain Lou’s, Black River Tavern, & Taste were all great! Admiral Jack’s & Captain Lou’s both overlook the river, offering a lovely view while you eat. Property was nice. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony! If you require complete darkness to sleep, bring an eye mask, as the town lights never allowed complete darkness. Also, be aware that the bathroom is downstairs, while the bed is upstairs in the loft. This wasn’t a huge deal for us, but could be for some. Had a great stay overall!

Terrific location. Very near the charming main street. Walkable to the beach and river. This apartment has everything needed for a getaway. Be prepared to climb stairs, though this adds to the charm.

Stayed here while visiting family and it was a perfect place to relax and get out of the sun. Spotlessly clean and bright. Fun location walking distance to everything. FYi: best food we’ve ever had in South Haven was at the River Bottom if you’re visiting when it’s open!

This was not our first time staying in this Perfect Beach Town House and it will not be our last! This Town House is your perfect South Haven Get Away! You are walking distance to the beach and all your favorite restaurants. Greg is also the perfect host. He returns messages promptly and answers any questions you may have.This place is 5 Stars ALL AROUND!!!

We love this property! We have been to this location for 4 years now and love the location and the quaint stay. It’s close to the shops/restaurants and only 10 minute walk to the beach. We recommend bringing a wagon for your beach stuff. The owner is great with communication and check in/out process!

Easily walkable to everything in town and the beach is less than 1 mile away. Greg was very helpful with our rental, even allowing us to change our rental dates. Excellent day in Southaven in a very convenient location! Property owner was wonderful to work with, great communication and clear easy instructions for stay! This is the perfect spot for a quick trip!

The place was exactly as described. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The check in and out process was smooth. Location was great - in that it was located near a lot of places we could just walk to - restaurants, shops, even the beach! However, it is of note that across the street is a restaurant that has outdoor music that goes until 10pm some nights and if you have little ones, it will be loud and impact bedtime. Another thing to consider if you have young kids is that there are a lot of windows without coverings (these are high up windows) and depending on when you visit, that could mean daylight beyond 9pm, again leading to late nights with little ones. Those things are outside of the owners control. This place otherwise was a dream to stay in!

Came for a midweek stay and the condo was very comfortable. Great central location!

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend… the property was perfect… right downtown… close to EVERYTHING… super clean… and spacious for us…within walking distance to everything!!! It was awesome

Great property right in downtown South Haven! We’ve stayed here four times so far and love the space! Fully stocked with beach chairs/mats, kitchen items, and bathroom towels. Super comfy bed and sofa. Easy to work from for a workcation or great place to unplug and relax. It’s great to be so close to the beach and still be right in downtown. Can’t wait to stay again!

We stayed in South Haven for a quick little get away. It was very nice and great location. Just don’t stay here if you pee a lot through the night. :) I would stay here again!!

This was a great getaway spot. It was close to the shops, restaurants, and the beach. It was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stayed. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Great fall weekend getaway. Perfect location in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to the beach and all the shopping/dining in town. The apartment was awesome. Clean and very spacious. Hope to stay there again next time.

This is our third stay at this property in the past 12 months, we absolutely love it! In the heart of downtown and close to the beach, but still a quiet spot. Fully stocked kitchen and a separate sleeping area make it feel like home. Can’t wait to stay again!

The check in process was easy, the loft was clean and had lots of the kitchen essentials for meals, and it was in an excellent location for walking to dinner and to the beach! Great experience!

Very convenient for events in South Haven. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Minor issue: most pillows were all the same density so perhaps renters may want to bring their own. Would easily stay here again. Very good.

There were dirty towels in the bathroom. Both floor mats were soaking wet. Linens were left in dryer. Bedroom floor needed to be vacuumed. Dirt on floor was visible from a distance. Location was great and was well maintained. With the the assessed cleaning charge, I would have expected it to be clean.

Fantastic location!! Great stay at this amazing condo. Parked our car when we got there and walked . Everything clean, well decorated and comfortable bed. Will be back!

This was our 3rd year staying at Greg’s condo. The location is right downtown and then only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This year we enjoyed walking everywhere, eating and sitting on the deck and listening to the music at the gastro pub Monday night. Great stay with everything you need.

We had a really great stay! We loved that the condo included beach chairs and toys. Beautiful place! Be advised there are beautiful windows which is amazing! But let some light in early in the morning, why not wake up early and go for a walk, though!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this building. 1st time in this condo. It is the best little spot. Close to everything and in walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and the beach! The bed was comfortable and pull out couch easy for the little one. Host was great with communication. Loved our stay and highly recommend!
