Well maintained just the right size for us

Loved this place. It’s perfect for a couple, and perfectly decorated for the beach. We definitely want to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean! Dolphins were very active right in front of the condo in the mornings! Betty is a wonderful host! Thank you for a great week’s stay. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable week staying here! Everything in the condo was perfect!

The condo was exactly as described. The quick access to the beach was very convenient. The communication from the owner was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Balcony view was beautiful—caught some dolphins playing. Well stocked kitchen with newer appliances. We had some issues which host remedied quickly. Nice size for a couple but could use some fresh paint. Also great location!

The view was amazing and Betty was a great host, always responsive when I reached out to her. Look forward to visiting again!

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very clean and had plenty of amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Our host was attentive and concerned that we found everything to our liking. We highly recommend this condo.

Betty was amazing! Communication was always prompt and she kept us updated on a new stove and refrigerator that she had installed before our stay. The unit was clean and had plenty shower towels for use during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. The location was peaceful as it is not a touristy location at all, which is what we love about a relaxing vacation. There is a coffee shop across the street that had great coffee. Getting a latte and watching the ocean from the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. We never had an issue finding parking and the unit is located close to the trash and the elevators that led to the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed after a very stressful year.

The ocean view from the balcony is amazing! The unit itself needs some repair and cleaning.

The room was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the beach although we got 4-5 inches of snow. We found pickleball close by, played board games, hiked with friends in at least 5 parks/ hiking trails close by Thanks again for the time to relax and enjoy your condo!!

The condo is the perfect getaway for a couple. It’s located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It was very clean and well outfitted. The half bath is also a nice feature. The location as far as amenities is great. Publix is nearby for groceries and there are many restaurants in both directions. We chose to prepare most of our meals at the condo and nothing was lacking for appliances, cookware, utensils.. anything you could possibly need is there.Betty is super nice and was very responsive when we had questions and accommodating when we needed to adjust our dates. The only negative: we had to leave! This was our first trip to the Panhandle, but we’re looking forward to returning and will definitely stay here again!

Room was perfect for what we needed. There was some construction going on while we were there that would have been nice to know about in advance, but otherwise everything was great.

Great location, clean unit, Betty checked in with us and told us about construction happening, which did not hinder us in the least bit. Will surely stay again.

Loved the location. Perdido Key is quiet and lovely this time of year. The ease in and out of building and access to beach and pool was great. Good food nearby to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I needed a little get away! This was a nice one bedroom condo. It was clean and had a nice view of the gulf. Will be back!!

Betty was a great host and reached out a little prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and matched the description/pictures. We had no problems and were able to enjoy a week at the beach.

This is the second time staying here. Betty the owner is great! Attentive to your needs. Everything was better this time than 3 yrs ago due to maintenance being done on pool and hot tub. The condo had so many extras from dish towels, bath towels, soap, coffee, sugar, pots & pans, and the ice maker was fast producing! Love Perdido and this Condo!!
