Stayed Jan 29, 2026Great trip! The place was wonderful. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunsets. We even saw dolphins several times right out in front of the condo. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and she was able to answer the few questions we had almost immediately.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Great stay! Clean building and grounds, friendly staff, easy parking, not crowded on the beach. This place is close to anything you want. We went to Pensacola and orange beach with no bad traffic. Beautiful condo with a view. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. The chair rentals on the beach were the best we have ever had and are the best price also! Cannot wait to go back!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Beautiful condo it has everything a person would need. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Owner was very helpful. Definitely will be staying here again!! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony every morning and watching the dolphins eat and play.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Debbie’s place is great. Super clean and just as described with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and stores. Beach was great with rental chairs available everyday. Balcony is awesome to sit and watch the water from above. Overall, a great property.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Wonderful stay. Did not realize there was not a washer and dryer in condo. Building has laundry room 2.00 per use. However, limited due to one washer and one dryer being broken. Had to run dryer twice to dry towels. Condo it self was nice and comfortable. Little older but decorated well and had everything we needed. Beach service was nice option. Pool area nice with indoor and outdoor pools. Perdido key is more low key area just what we were looking for!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025We really enjoyed the complex and condo unit. It has everything you need in the kitchen, a very comfortable king bed, and an unbelievable view of the ocean! The beach access was easy and the restaurants were delightful! We will look forward to another trip in the future JKHP.S. A trip to see the Blue Angels is a must!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Property is exactly as discribed and in pictures. Beautiful view and right on the beach! All the amenities of home to be able to cook in the kitchen instead of having to eat out every meal. Bed was super comfy. And property owner communicated great with updates!

Stayed May 24, 2024Such a beautiful place to rest, relax, and recharge. The Perdido Sun is not the new, fancy high-rise, but it perfect for the couple looking for less crowd at a better value. The access to the beach is fantastic. The pools and exercise space are nice and well kept. The locations of the property is perfect. It is out of the major ‘beach congestion’ yet accessible to all of the restaurants, shopping and beach life you desire. This unit has washer/dryer access but it is not in the unit. This is not your place if you are looking for water-parks and putt-putt (they are 20 minutes away but not across the street). This is our second time to the Perdido Sun (it won’t be our last either.)

Stayed May 15, 2024We loved the view, the access (&ease) to the beach, & the unit. Up to date unit, very nice. Debbie was quick to return an answer to my question upon arriving. Would definitely return to this unit if came back to Peridio Bay. Things to do is very limited at Peridio Bay, but the view, the beach, and relaxation was the goal and that was a success. The JellyFish across the street is absoutely delicious to! Highly recommend this unit if your looking for a laid back, chilled time!
