Perdido Key, Have it All with this 'Low Priced' condo: Beach, Golf, Fishing!!

Views of both the sunrise and sunset are visible from the balcony. Just a short walk and you’re on the beach. It was close to several really good restaurants and was away from all the traffic west of us.

Very clean. Beautiful views. Easy beach access. Great pool that is always clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy driving distance to Pensacola or Orange Beach.

Beautiful, well stocked condo. There are even fans provided! The pool is perfect for the kids and the beach views are great!

The resort itself was nice and easy to navigate, especially to the beach. The elevators were timely! Our condo unit was very clean, nice beds, excellent views and everything you would need for a vacation stay. This unit also comes with 2 chair/umbrella rental which is a very nice perk. Location is fantastic as well. Our only complaint is the parking - it's very tight. If there are any large trucks or SUV's it's difficult to get in and out. Prior condos we have stayed in also had a much larger master bath. This one is smaller than the hall bath. But it's just the condo layout. The owner has a nice cabinet right outside the bathroom which helped with storage of toiletry bags and such. Overall, we really enjoyed this unit and our stay!

Our stay here was wonderful! It was comfortable, there was plenty of room, and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded, and we greatly enjoyed the chair rentals! There were lots of leftover supplies (like dish soap, laundry detergent, beach supplies) from previous renters, and the kitchen was waaayy better supplied than most rentals. The beds were a bit on the soft side, but that’s really down to personal preference. Our only concern was that there was a sign from the cleaning service saying we’d be fined for staining linens accidentally (like with makeup, self tanning solution, or food) which was a bit stressful. There were no throws or lightweight blankets (just duvets), and the rooms can get warm at night, so you might want your own. Overall, our stay was amazing, and we would definitely stay again!

The property was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. Amazing waterfront view! Perfect beach and pool access. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Close proximity to NAS West Gate. Loved the laid back feel of the property, nice and quiet.

This was the most well equipped property that we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and the balcony had unobstructed views of the beach in both directions.

This is my secomd time staying at this property and I cant say enough good things about it. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly. The guests are friends. An the property owners are very responsive. Thank you Michael amd Kim! even left my magnet last year with the fill

This corner unit was on the third floor. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was my favorite place to have my coffee. The beach was not overly crowded which was great when traveling with a 2 year old. We will be booking for next year soon. We had an amazing beach trip. Thank you

This was our second summer n a row to stay here, we love the condo & it’s convenience to everything just right across the street, food, shopping, and the teenagers favorite pizza and snow cones, lol! It’s not crowded, the parasailing rental is right next to us on the beach along with the banana boat rides. The water is blue and the sand is white and I can’t think of anything anywhere else that would make a vacation any more perfect.

The facility was very clean and up to date! Beds slept great!! The view out the sliding glass doors was awesome! Just steps away from the beach and lots of places to eat with a very short drive! The kids even said it was a wonderful place to stay!! We will definitely be back!
