Inside, you’ll find all the essentials: fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, cold A/C, and a washer/dryer for those sandy clothes. Kick back andenjoy TV anytime, relax in the perfect bathroom after a long day, and let the dishwasher handle the dishes—because vacation should be easy.

Pet-friendly and family-friendly, great for short or longer stays. Heads up—there are stairs to climb, but once you’re in, it’s all good.

Things to know
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).

• Dogs only: Maximum 2 pets per reservation, maximum 35lb per pet. Pet fee $75 per pet
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
