Stayed Sep 2, 2025Check in was cumbersome, condition of the tower was dirty and un kept, pool was badly in need of resurfacing, security codes were numerous and confusing. The unit itself was clean and in decent repair, the bathroom needs to be updated and it would be helpful to have a vanity as opposed to pedestal sink. The kitchen needs new dishes and a higher quality coffee pot. The view is spectacular it’s unfortunate the unit does not match the view!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024You hear Penthouse and expect more. The drier was broken, the toilet handle was broken, the ants were so bad you could even leave food on the counter long enough to cook without it being covered. The balcony chair was ripped up and to top it all off the bathtub had what looked to be blood spots in it. This place was nasty!!!!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Trup was going great intil a realtor with 2 other people let themselves into the unit that i rented. I was not aware the unit was for sale, no one notified me that a realtor was coming to show the unit, she didn't even knock just came oin, i was shocked and angry, what if i had not been there? My personal belongings were there...the pool was unusable for all but 2 days of my stay. All i got from the management company was that they were sorry. me in like shw owned the place.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Really good location. Host provides a minimum of necessities (one roll of tp per bathroom) but the rooms and beds are sufficient. Pool is great, as is the beach access. The 9am departure time is absolutely ridiculous, but it was in the location description so it’s on me for not noticing that until we went to see what the as needed for checkout. I just want others to see it in case you expected a relaxing checkout for your potential trip.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023Great time and great views! The only negative thing I would say about the condo is the master needs a new mattress. The bed was not comfortable, but overall, an amazing time! Love being able to walk to everything. Your condo is absolutely beautiful!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Great unit with stunning views that was tastefully decorated and well cleaned and maintained. Corporate ownership removed the nice touches you typically enjoy with more personal owners. Elevator code required stalking down a maintenance person for help. Elevator code: enter floor number + 3 digit code quickly onto the FLOOR buttons (there is no code keypad) BUT: 1. Check out at 9am? I mean a hotel is 11 extended to 12. most rental units are 10am. Who wants to end their vacation with a 9am checkout. 2. Got a problem: good luck with an impersonal call center that will spend more time figuring out what unit/building you have than fixing issue 3. Early check-in. forget it. 4. Coffee, sugar, snack, water just stop right now with those ideas 5. minimal soaps, TP, paper towels.

Stayed May 18, 2023The condo was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, & the views from the balcony were so amazing!!! We will definitely book here again knowing what we know now. There was an issue with the elevator code going up to the 17th floor. The property manager assisted with clarifying the instructions. There was also an issue trying to register our 2nd vehicle online & after getting passed around from the property manager to the hoa parking admin and back to the property manager…Tess was great with getting the glitch taken care of. Overall, those were minor set backs in what was a fantastic vacation.

Stayed Aug 24, 2022Ok condo but no convenience items such as hair dryer, only 2 rolls TP for a 6 person condo, only enough dish soap and dishwasher for 1 use, ants in kitchen. Other Condos I've stayed in always had more convenience items for same price.
