Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs safety attention. Heat outlet under the TV is totally exposed. Top portions of outlets aren't working. Extender is super glued to the outlet. The latch to the balcony was broke. We called and they came immediately. Unfortunately, it still wouldn't close. We called, no one came. Patio furniture is rusted; waiting for a child (this is a family resort) to get cut and require medical attention. Fridge coils are fuill of dust another potential fire risk. Lamp in the first room to the left doesn't have a wait to turn off without unplugging it. The drawers are old so they stick. Again, think of who is staying here. You had to jam the drawer to close it. The sofa is weathered and those pillows are disgusting. Just throw them away. The fitness center was very dirty and again wires were exposed. We didn't use it so no personal impact. The pool is small for the size of this resort. The management company is very attentive and friendly. And, the requirements to leave the place are very easy compared to other resorts we have stayed. People we met were all very friendly. Oh, water came through the front door as we had a bad storm. The dryer takes forever to dry. Unless the owners take serious consideration into risk mitigation; this may cost them more in other ways. We did so love the water and beach in this area and will come back.

Overall experience was amazing, very spacious and homie. Only issue was fridge stopped working, but we were brought another one very promptly. We would love to stay again.

Very spacious, clean, with great views. We had a small issue with the ac & fridge, but they took care of everything within 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Only a few complaints was one of the balcony door handles was broke contacted company they came to get handle but it was never returned but had to other balcony doors. Dishwasher was fixed. Other than needing some updates was good.
