Penthouse Unit-Ocean View, Balcony, indoor/outdoor pool with gym

Amazing condo for an amazing price. Simply beautiful and appeasing!

We’ve stayed at this property twice. It is in an ideal location! There are some things that need fixing (like the front door that gets stuck every time you open and close it) but it was otherwise clean and ready for us! We will be back.

Been coming to OCMD my entire 46 year life. I have to say this is the nicest condo I have ever stayed! Steps from everything! Top floor! Parking garage with a garage door! My friends and I had an absolute blast! Thank you

The secure fobs need to be picked up at 64th st. Despite what your text messages say. Some nice fella will let you into the garage. Then your vehicle g3ys yrapp3d in the garage, when you call amd find out a fob is required. But truck is stuck on a floor i have no access to. But once the scavenger hunt was complete, i enjoyed the most spectacular view of OCMD i have ever seen. Never looked at the town from this angle before. Will look for this property again.

First the good: Check in was quick and easy. Property location was great; on the boardwalk. Beds were comfortable. Now the bad- Place was very dirty, and I don't mean just a little. Laundry room slats were covered with black lint. Kitchen countertops were sticky. Old food and hair on the carpet. Sliding door tracks were clogged with debris and needed cleaning. Mold in the one shower. Contacted Vacasa multiple times and finally got another cleaning crew at 5pm the next day. Lots of phone calls, texts and wasted vacation time. Maintenance issues. Top entry door hinge coming out requiring you to lift up on the door to close it. Chaise lounge on the balcony had a broken back. Light burned out in shower. I have pictures of all and have kept the texts and phone call records. Once I checked out I never heard from Vacasa again. If I owned this property I would be looking for a new property manager. The location is excellent. It is nice to be able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The secure parking deck is an added bonus.

Check in was a little confusing. Amenty fob has different condo number. Entry code for condo did not work upon arrival. Got a new code and that code did not work 24 hours later. Could not get into the condo two nights in a row. Getting in touch with host company, Vacasa, was not easy. On hold for 20 plus minutes. Condo was also not thoroughly cleaned. Bedding had what appeared to be coffee spilt on it which went all the way through to the mattress. When contacting the host company, the response was we had a washer and dryer in the condo and that the inspectorsaid everything was fine. No stain on the bed. So we had to was all of the bedding and make the bed before we could even go to bed. Made for a late night considering it was almost a 4 hour drive to get there. Dish

We had only 1 fab 1 key. I asked for code to elevator none was available. We had a party of 7 people who had to take turns being elevator attendees when we wanted to leave and or enter the unit. I asked if they could contact the owner to ask they said no. Please consider using a code next time for access. We checked out yesterday instead. The condo itself was great and clean and very nicely decorated.
