Penthouse Unit! New to the Rental Market!! Lazy River/Slide

The condo was beautifully and spacious. The whole family loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a wonderful experience. The condo was smaller than anticipated. a few problems arose: the sliding door was very hard to open/close. No plate in microwave, no remote in 2nd bedroom on right from the door, no bottle opener, no wine bottle opener, not all pots had lids to match.

Great views, watching the sea life from the balcony was amazing.Charlie was very accommodating. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Facilities were great for celebrating a birthday. Spacious, great views, centrally located.

Mostly it was good. The sliding doors that go out to the balcony or so hard to open and close, some of us in our group could barely do it. That was very annoying. Also, since the hallways stayed lit up, there was constant light coming in through one of the bedroom windows even though the shades were closed

Our 2 families had a great time! The place was amazing with excellent views. We made good use of the kitchen as we had multiple meals that we cooked and had all the necessary equipment. We never felt cramped. The balcony had comfortable seating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This unit is perfect for a large family. There is plenty of room and beds for sleeping. The pools and lazy river are amazing for kids. Parking is plenty. They have shopping carts instead of luggage carts which was ok but took more trips. We would stay here again.

We did a girls trip at seven of us for a 65th birthday. The condo was perfect for our group with everyone having a bed and bathroom. Our only issue was the beds. Not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We love spending time out on the deck, the chairs were very comfortable and perfect. Great access to the beach, the hot tub was great, it looked like people were enjoying the lazy river. We chose to go out to the beach. It would’ve been nice to have Beach chairs supplied by the condo instead of having to rent from an independent but I know that’s how this beach works. Overall, we had a fantastic time with lots of laughs. Thanks for having us.

Enjoyed our stay.

We are a group of friends that take a beach trip annually just to relax without the kids and husbands. We have as many diverse interests as we do common ones and this place allowed for us to participate as we wanted. Relaxing in the condo or on the beach or out enjoying the night life. Plenty of good food to be found and good times to be had.

We were late getting there because of traffic so everyone from the front desk was already gone. The next morning when we went to get the parking passes, the lady working the desk was late. Then she was rude to everyone because there was a line when she got there. As for the condition of the condo Everything was good for us. Loved the location. I thought the bed was hard as a rock, but everyone else said theirs were good. Overall I would rent it again

Property was as listed. Great location, comfortable and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Only negative thing was some of the furniture was worn out and broken which is understandable for a rental and window in front bedroom had light shining through all hours of the day and night and needs a blackout curtain for light sleepers.
