The house was more than enough room for our group of 12. The closets on the decks have beach stuff for guest to use. We enjoyed watching the dolphins at sunrise every morning! Overall would love to book in the future again!

Very nice condo except the carpeting in the bedrooms is very dirty. However, the condo is well furnished and is laid out very nicely. The property is well maintained and in an excellent area.

The view from the condo is absolutely amazing! The space in the condo was phenomenal! However, for the amount of money that we paid for 7 nights we expected cleanliness and better upgrades than what was there. The carpets in the bedrooms was disgusting and the spots on the white furniture was very uncomfortable. Dingy sheets on a couple beds and towels and washcloths should have been replaced. We had to wash all and clean to feel comfortable. The floors were Sandy and hairy nasty. Clearly was not mopped or even swept well. Long Hair on towels and dish towels. Whoever is cleaning is not doing their job correctly! This is not what we are use to or expected. We had to call twice to get an air filter changed that look like hadn’t been changed in 5 years! The dryer has a terrible very loud squeak. Definitely a lot of Other little things that should have been taken care of before we arrived. Broken tissue holder, broken oven knob etc. The place could be amazing with some love done to it! The pictures say a thousand words on line but in person it needs a really good cleaning and replacements.

Dryer in condo was sooo loud and we were half afraid to keep using. At one point, there were 2 elevators down (total of 4) which made it awful to get to rooms. Besides these hiccups, our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If it weren't for this, I would give 5 stars. Condo was huge, very clean, beds were pretty comfy. We loved the balcony and view - so beautiful. We would come back.

Great condo. Veranda doors in dining room are extremely hard to open and close. Required two people to close.

This place was perfect for my family of nine! Very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! The AC worked great day and night. We never had any issues with the elevators. Pool area is really nice. We used the grill around the pool for lunch one day, it was fun. There are several restaurants nearby and Walmart and Publix is close by too. My family loved this place!

A few issues should be addressed with Condo itself, but setting and staff were outstanding.

We were extremely pleased with this condo! It was perfect for our stay, very clean and plenty of room. There were more beds than advertised so we could've easily had more people. We also loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Will request this condo again!

Place was great for 8 adults and an infant. Loved the view from the decks.

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Very large and picture are accurate. Beautiful views elevator are new very clean. Will stay at this location again if available in the future. There is plenty of room for family’s. We loved it! Thank you for allowing is to stay in your condo!

Only a few suggestions, need more towels & wash cloths for large group. We were short some wash cloths. No liquid dish detergent was provided as a starter. Parking for 2 vehicles should be free, especially during off season. Next update would be to remove carpet in bedrooms. I’m picky about having clean floors especially since had a toddler with us & tile was clean. An extra bonus was all the beach equipment & chairs! There was plenty of dishes, cooking pots, pans, crock pot, glasses & utensils. Disappointed that we didn’t see much sunshine, but can’t control weather! Loved indoor pool & nice weight room. Enjoyed & would definitely stay again! A big thanks to Jill, great to work with & appreciate your help!

The beach service and the “walking path” were nice to have - we had a young child on crutches so it helped him have a better beach experience. Would have been nice to know there was construction happening during our stay. The elevators were a real problem with holiday occupancy and only 2 operating. The living room furniture had not been dusted and there was a new unopened shower curtain laying on the closed toilet in one bathroom (where the curtain was moldy). Otherwise very nice unit.

We had plenty of room to move around and the extra bed room was an awesome surprise! It could have been a little cleaner but besides that it was awesome. Usually when we go to the beach we wait so long for the elevator but the elevators were amazing and we never had to wait. We will definitely be back!

We loved the condo. It was spacious and comfortable and fit our family of 14 well. Phoenix 6 staff and amenities were wonderful.
