Penthouse right by the sea, super complex, infinity pool, year-round season.

Very good apartment but needs some tlc, curtains, towels and bedding in poor condition with staining on them. One bed collapsed when my husband lay on it luckily there was only us so used other bedroom. Location great, apartment could be great if tended to a little.

The apartment was perfect and lovingly decorated. The view from the balcony kept me engaged for hours, and, best of all was the complete silence ! Only the sound of the sea and pigeon cooing!! Very helpful hostess.

Good family-owned 2 bedroom apartment with spacious sea-view balcony overlooking the complex's pool in good location for beaches, the town centre facilities and for walks. Would like to book again.

Don't be fooled by the 4.5 star rating. This flat does even not merit the 1 star we give it. Note that reviews since Mar 2020 give an average of 2.5 stars. There is no air conditioning. Heating in the flat is by one portable electric heater. The pool is not heated. So disappointing because the water was so cold. There is no cleaning during your stay. We were booked for 3 weeks and had no towel change or bed linen change during this time. Beware of the cleaning charge at the end. We were charged 150 Euros cash for cleaning. Not sure why we had to pay cash? Why is it not included with the Vrbo payments? There is no washing machine. A communal one is available 3 floors down in the basement of the next apartment block. Costs 3 euros to use - if it is available. To dry your clothes is another 3 euros. The view from the balcony is badly obscured by large potted bushes. There is only one sun lounger on the balcony. Not sure why they wouldn't provide 2 ? Mentions golf and ping pong table in the listing and also a dead bolt on the door. We didn't see any golf or ping pong and the dead bolt didn't lock from the inside. The concierge was very helpful to us but she is only available Mon - Fri from 10.00am to 1.00pm. There is no obvious help outwith these hours. There is no guest information provided in the apartment. There were many issues with the apartment itself. I've listed some below. You can ask the owner what she has done to rectify these issues, we're still waiting for a reply. Good luck with getting an answer as once you've paid your money she doesn't seem to want to talk to you. 1. The badly stained mattress. 2. The king size bed with 2 single size duvets on it. That lump in the middle of the bed is where the single duvets overlap. 3. 3 windows in the bedroom - 2 have blackout curtains - 1 without. We had to improvise bath towels for the 3rd window to block out the light to get some sleep. 4. Numerous stains on floors in bedroom, bathroom, shower tray and kitchen. 5. Owners stuff crammed into every drawer and cupboard. 6. Can't see properly through windows in bedroom. Badly worn on outside. 7. Bedroom ceiling badly cracked. There are many more things I could list but I have run out of space in the review box, We felt like we were staying in our old aunt's house with stuff crammed everywhere and tired out furniture. One of the worst we have stayed in. Terrible value for money. We will not be back.

Fabulous location and very clean apartment, however communication prior to arrival was difficult and zero information was provided upon arrival; I was left to work out where the apartment was in the complex which was a little confusing. The complex is beautifully placed and well maintained. So well maintained, that work commenced at 8 am each morning to drill off and renew the facade, including a cherry picker at my bedroom windows. The apartment is nice and private with a great balcony, although the fixtures and furnishings are somewhat tired. Overall a great location and complex, but the actual apartment is overpriced for what is provided.

Lovely clean apartment nice view

A very enjoyable week at this great apartment. Two good size bedrooms at the back of the property with views over the bay (and windsurfers) behind the apartment. A dinning area leading to a good size sitting room with access onto the sheltered balcony. Being on the top floor the balcony seemed to get more sun than others in the complex and should you wish some shade there was also a wind out awning. The balcony itself was sheltered from the regular wind and the views were great. It directly overlooks the complex pool and then out over the rocks to the ocean and the edge of the local little bay. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped and there are two separate toilets and a lovely shower. The apartment is on the top floor (best views and most private) and there is a lift!. The complex has quite a few lockable doors and we would suggest making sure you have 2 sets of keys (quickly provided when we asked). As well as having its own swimming pool the apartment block is within 50m of a great sheltered lagoon full of fish and great for snorkeling. This is a real plus for the island, as although lots of the beaches look lovely, a lot of them have potentially nasty currents (check before you swim) Very locally there is a choice of restaurants and bars to suit most tastes, a very local supermarket, and more within walking distance. Clothes shops, board and bike hire etc. Owner was great, keys waiting on arrival and quick to respond to messages and also did us a big favour on the last day (thank you).

Very nice apartment. Helpful hosts quick to answer any question. Comfortable beds with loads of storage in the bedrooms . The best bit is the outside space which gets the sun from late morning to evening and is sheltered from the wind. Lovely view out to sea with palm trees waving in the wind as the sound of the waves on the rocks soothes the soul. Very relaxing. Costa Teguise very quiet in March but the square -the Pueblo Marinero - lively most evenings and the Dona Lola restaurant next to the apartment particularly nice for a lazy lunch with a view.

This is the second year we have had our family holiday at this superbly located accommodation. The apartment is spotless, has everything you need for a short or long term stay, quiet and perfectly situated to access all that Costa Teguise has to offer. After eighteen years visiting Lanzarote staying in various accommodation in different locations, this apartment rates as one of the best in Costa Teguise. After our first stay last year I didn't want to review this apartment because I wished to keep it a secret but it is only fair to let you know that if you want a memorable holiday with great views over the ocean, central, clean, peaceful and secure then you must try this one!

We really enjoyed the Lanzarotte and Your apartment. It has all what family of 2 + 2 would need. The view from balcony was spectacular. We also liked short walking distance to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Definitely that will not be ouur last visit in Lanzarotte. Regards Rafal Kluszczynski
