Penthouse Perfection, Stunning Ocean Views from every room W/Free Beach Chairs

The unit was very nice, perfect for the two of us. We simply remained patient with the construction and having only one elevator. In fact, all the visitors were very pleasant about the construction.

Beautiful decoration? Very clean. Super comfortable beds and a view to really enjoy. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for our anniversary the last week of August! The condo was very nice and the views were excellent. Saw dolphins every morning early playing in the water! Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Everyone was friendly and we really liked the property was gated!

The property was first class. Our room was clean and perfectly furnished. The view from our 14th floor balcony was absolutely beautiful. Our host were very responsive to our needs. I would give our stay at Long Beach Resort a 10. We will be back and hopefully stay in the same room.

Buildings were very dirty with cracks everywhere on the exterior. Buildings need to be cleaned and painted. Exterior floors were dirty throughout. Elevators were very hot. The bed had deep divots in it and was uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open. Tracks need to be cleaned and rollers adjusted on both doors. Lock mechanisms were very rusty. Lots of noise coming through the front of the room from the street even though we were on the 14th floor. A large cockroach showed up in the bathroom and then ran under the locked closet door. I jammed a towel under the door to keep him inside. Overall, it was just an ok place. Not worth the cost.

I could not have been happier with this condo. It’s very clean and well kept. The decor is beautiful presenting a nice relaxing vibe. You cannot beat the ocean view scenery! I loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sun rise and taking in the wild life. I also enjoyed the beach life! Just steps away from the ocean.

The property was just as advertised. Attentive property manager, gorgeous views, and convenient location. I would definitely return.

The condo was perfect!! The BEACH………look no further if you want the perfect beach getaway. The water, the view, the pools - everything is as advertised and more.

The penthouse unit was exactly as advertised and displayed in the photos. The communication with the host was exemplary and we found the place to be very relaxing and quiet. It was a perfect setting for me and my spouse. We enjoyed it, and highly recommend.

Beautiful, modern, clean condo with an awesome view

My husband and I were in PCB for spring break. The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The location is perfect with a large balcony to enjoy. I felt safe and the unit was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach with rental chairs and umbrella provided- a lovely perk! In unit washer and dryer helped tremendously for our week-long stay. If we ever come to PCB again, we would absolutely stay again.

This condo is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. I like the high ceilings, the privacy, and the view. The bed is comfortable and the condo has everything that I needed. As usual, Bill Pederson was so very helpful and nice. He always handles everything so professionally. I will go back as soon as possible.

The unit was beautiful! Bill is very detailed and responsive. We would happily rent this unit or another unit of his in the future :)
