Penthouse Paradise – Sunset Beach Views! - Sienna 1207

#1207 made our 25th Anniversary something to remember! The view of the ocean and beach, and the room to make us feel comfortable when we got back 'home'. The room itself wasn't overly extravagant, which we actually liked. There were a couple of tiny issues that I wouldn't have expected from something this expensive, but nothing that would alter my overall feeling of the value of the location, etc. I will probably be renting this out again in a few weeks, but this time we'll bring the kiddos with us and have another awesome time! The kids will flip when they see the room!

We visited in early November for a break from the cold North. The view and location are great as you look out at the gulf and are close to amenities. The sunsets are incredible! The condo is large and cozy and they provide start up things you need. We were disappointed upon arrival as it was not in the cleanest condition. We spent the first hour wiping everything down, cleaning the shower and sinks, and sweeping. We paid 165 cleaning fee and were refunded 60. Lastly, and this not the fault of the host just something to note, the building is located on a busy road, and you can hear the traffic, trains, and wind at all times. Just something to note if you were looking for more of a peaceful stay.

Host and amenities were great. The bed pillows could use an update.

Place was great! The pool was amazing for our kids who are still learning to swim. Beautiful views, well equipped home and kitchen had everything we needed. Of course the location is convenient to anything and everything in the area.The one moment where we truly needed assistance from our host, Isaak was helpful and quick to respond. A great option; one we hope to return to.

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We did have a little problem checking in as the front desk did not have our names in the log. Quick fix took care of that though.

Love this property. Close to lots of things but the beach is not busy. Zero entry pool which is nice for little ones and older people.

Loved the balance of space and homey feel.

The penthouse was on the 12th floor. It had views with the floor to ceiling windows. Sofa was brand new. Very happy with the property.

7 Adults and 2 kids ( 3 & 1 ), we had all the room we needed and everyone was comfortable. Clean condo with easy access to everything around. Communication was super easy and very professional.

Me and my family stayed here for our vacation this year. We loved the condo it was very spacious. The views from the balcony were amazing. The property and condo was very clean and staff were super nice. Will definitely be coming back.
