Unit was well stocked and exceeded my expectations in terms of dishes, towel supply, etc. Well cleaned. Close to everything we needed but one of the smaller complexes so didn’t run into issues with excessive outside noise. I would definitely stay here again.

So spacious, beautiful, beautiful views, and well equipped kitchen! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo with the most beautiful sunsets! The master bed was so comfy & cozy. The host was excellent and always answered my questions very quickly!

This is a clean, nicely furnished condo with great top floor views of the beach, the gulf, and the pass. This condo is conveniently located and I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful with a great view of the beach and was located a short drive from a variety of restaurants. The host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Checked in on 9-3-25. No TV or internet until afternoon on 9-4-25. The master bath had long strands of brown hair all over the floor and counter. Called for cleaning on 9-4-25. Cleaning lady took pictures of all the filth.Help with no internet for my laptop did not solve problem. I finally solved it myself the evening of 9-4-25. On 9-5-25 there was no hot water when we returned from our day's outings. Could not take a shower or bath. Plumber came at 9:30am on the 6th and repaired the hot water heater. 1/4 round molding between the refrigerator and the wall was not attached. Light bulbs were out. Kitchen floor was sticky and had pink food or drink on the floor. Inside of HVAC unit is full of dust and filth. Made my wife sneeze constantly. Bulb above stove in the microwave is burnt out. Unit is full of gnats or fruit flies. This is supposed to be a Penthouse unit. We paid dearly for this unit assuming it would be top notch. This unit is not maintained nor is it inspected after a guest leaves. Any inspections would have found the TV, Internet, burnt out bulbs, and lack of cleaning. We should receive a big refund for all the problems we had and time lost waiting for things to be fixed, and the lack of hot water which meant we couldn't even take a shower or bath after being on the beach.

We loved the unit . It came with everything we needed. I always bring extra paper towels , toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. They did provide laundry detergent which was a nice touch.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The security and other staff were super friendly each time you passed them. Check in was a breeze! The room was very clean with a beautiful view.

The condo was beautiful, it had all the sleep space we could need for our family. The location made it close to many things but not in heavy traffic. The correspondence from David while we were there was great! He was on top of things making sure we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely rent it again!

Very clean property with beautiful views of the Gulf. Direct beach access; we spent our days on the beach and at the pool with easy access to several excellent restaurants that were 5 minutes from the property. Would stay here again!

My daughter and I came down for a short 3 day trip to the beach before her summer classes started. Great location, property, and beach views! Definitely will return!

We had a wonderful week in Orange Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated, had a great layout for a family and was conveniently located. We only really left to go to the grocery store, check out the local restaurants or grab ice cream, all within minutes of the condo! We spent most of our time on the white sandy beach or around the outdoor and indoor pools. Parking was also very easy. We visit this area annually and would definitely rent this condo again.

Loved the property. Was furnished beautifully. The master bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views from the balcony were amazing! My children loved sitting out on the balcony every morning. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with breathtaking views this is it! You won’t regret booking.

My husband, son and daughter in law really enjoyed this unit right on the beach! We celebrated my birthday, enjoyed rented chairs on the beach and good seafood. This unit is flagged in my favorites! All communication on and off the property is excellent. You'll want to rent this one for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was perfectly cleaned, ready for new visitors. It had all the features listed; we found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen, and the accommodations were comfortable. Our children enjoyed the adventure of bunk beds. The condo itself is well-managed and clean. It is a great place for families who want a beach-front location with pools and fitness centers.

We had a great time! My oldest loved the bunk beds and cried when we were leaving because she wanted to stay longer. It was a great condo and family vacation experience!
