Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice family get together. Good view. Good weather. Hot tub didn't work half the time. Microwave out much of our visit. Recliners didn't work. Written instructions given at check in were different from those texted earlier. Not informed that gated entrance was closed for repairs. Finally found a side entrance open. Told to wear wrist bands but they weren't needed. No chairs in bed rooms. Beds so high needed a step stool to get in bed. No towels in bath rooms.

The host was great. Easy to deal with.

Very spacious condo with great amenities of a heated pool and hot tub for this time of year. The balcony was amazing! This was my second time staying in this exact unit and will definitely be back!

This place seems under renovation, lots of touch up needed, all faucets leak. Lots of mismatched molding. Furniture old and worn out, recliners don’t recline, all very low, toilets lower than any toilets I’ve ever seen. Outdoor furniture nice but hard, we were able to find cushions this late in the year so it was ok. Wouldn’t stay here again too uncomfortable husband and I had to sleep separately because the beds are either too soft or hard hard hard. Can say the women at the concept’s reality off were great, we had two issues they were wonderful. One time we got locked out because battery in our keypad died, the spare kid is incorrect so the ladies got tools and took it off. They just kept at it. These women are wonderful. Penthouse is not penthouse quality .

Clean well kept condo. View was fantastic. The grounds and amenities were all maintained and serviced. Highly recommend!!!

The easiest check in I have ever had! The condo was great, beautiful views, wonderful set up. Condo was close to all the best restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area. It was right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants all around .

Great Location!!!!!!!! Rooms are very spacious. There were 6 of us! Wonderful balcony! Plenty of room in the condo. Only requests I have, is have more towels please. We had 1 per person, and also extra blankets. Other than that. GREAT! Also Beds are comfortable

Great to communicate with! Well stocked kitchen, basic essentials when we arrived, each toys/chairs were available for us to use. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean. The beds were comfy. The sitting area had a good bit of seating for the three bedroom condo it was. That’s always nice.Coffee in the morning cocktails at night overlooking the beach was just what the doctor ordered. we had what we needed in the kitchen, cause we didn’t do much cooking, BTW it is time for a new coffee pot.We enjoyed our week at the beach thanks.

We enjoyed a very nice penthouse condo at the Beach Colony Resort on the Gulf. We had plenty of room and privacy for each one. Spectacular views of the gulf, sunrise and sunset. Easy access to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Price was great because not peak season so we probably can’t afford it this summer.

We had a dog with us and very much appreciated the fenced in off leash area. The condo included beach toys and pickle ball paddles/ball, although we had to go out and buy our own beach towels. There were a number of minor things that could have been better about the property that prevent us from giving it our highest rating. We could have used more blankets and towels. The blankets, rugs and flooring felt like they could have used a deep cleaning. With that said, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Floors dirty, decor dusty. Could use some upgrades on kitchen furnishings. Cups chipped. Toilet needs to be replaced - ran unless you removed lid to fix it. Tile floor cracked in kitchen. A hodgepodge of furnishings. For the money I would have expected a bit nicer setup. But that bed - great sleep!
