Property was just as listed-fully stocked, excellent location and the VIEWS! Literally water FRONT. We watched whale shows all day, every day (January) from the lanai. All amenities were on site-can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t there. Would definitely book again!

What an amazing penthouse! The perfect view, crashing waves and nearly constant breeze will make it hard to leave. However, the location is perfect - markets, coffee shop, eateries and the beach are all close and in walking distance. We had an amazing time and we’re able to truly relax. Guido’s condo is excellently appointed and had everything we would need - and more! He was responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check in. If we find ourselves in Maui again, I would not hesitate to stay here. Don’t pass it up!

The photos don’t do this property justice. You are literally ocean front. And the crash of the ocean waves that lull you to sleep prove it. We took an extra long weekend trip - Girl’s trip! Guido was amazing and even called me when I had left him an email to make sure I understood his reply. The check in packet was perfect. A ton of information about the property and the island. We had been here before, but if we were new to the area - we had all the information we needed to enjoy the surrounding area. The apartment has everything you need. From fun toys for the water to cooking supplies. We cooked a very nice meal on Saturday night and even had a InstaPot to help speed things along. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Cool ocean breezes funneled right through all day long. The bonus and this may seem trivial, but the best feature was that the property had luggage carts - anyone who has stayed at a VRBO that has elevators can relate - hauling in groceries and luggage can take several trips. Done in 1. I book my VRBOs based on location first and then reviews. Because it’s here that I get a good feel for the property and working with the owners. If you are on the fence, book this place. We love the location because it’s a bit further - and by further I only mean 2 miles - but that’s enough to get you out of the Kanaapali Crowd and Lahaina is a real mess right now with homeless. This is just perfect and the closer to Napili and Kapalua the better. It only took me 9 minutes to get the Safeway in Lahaina, so seriously worth it to be a bit further west. Guido and Gracie made sure that anything you could possibly need was already at the condo. The balcony view was amazing and we even went and practiced our body surfing skills! It was so nice to sleep woth the master doors open and listen to the ocean all night. It was also quiet where the penthouse was. The gas grills downstairs made for a great steak night too! When we go back will definitely be staying here again!!

The property was exactly as described. Outstanding views. Extremely well equipped. The only thing lacking was an oven mitt. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the door locks and maintenance came out quickly to resolve the issue. Office staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

Our stay here in May 2022 was perfect.. great location, great views and great time! The place was comfortable for 4 adults, a little quieter than the busier areas of Maui, but perfect location. Well stocked and comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and excellent communication - would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This condo turned out to be a great choice for our stay in Maui. Only steps away from the water, you go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of waves crashing in. Sounds of the waves are so relaxing and calming, then you see a whale breach while sitting on the lanai and it makes your heart race a little. Great selection with no regrets! Guido and Gracie have thought of everything you would need at this condo and have made it available for their guests. I also really appreciated the fact that Guido reached out prior to our trip to share details, make suggestions and offer up any hurdles we may face while traveling during the Covid era. Hats off to Guido and Gracie for sharing their little piece of paradise with us and making this trip a great memory for many years to come. I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. After another property canceled on us last minute we stayed here and had a lovely time. The view was incredible and the kitchen well stocked. Bed was also extremely comfortable. Would stay again!

Guido was a wonderful host and called prior to us arriving to make sure we had everything we needed. Great coffee shop right across the street and perfect spot to sit in the water right out front.

Excellent for families. Everyone loved the beach with snorkeling on the property. The pool area and hot tub were very clean - enjoyed the amazing views. In-room laundry is convenient for packing light. Kitchen is perfectly set-up and stocked for stepping in and cooking full meals. Recommend planning to eat on the porch (lanai) and watch the turtles swim in the surf.
