The place is great! Its spacious and very close to town for everything. Its clean and its a very secure and clean building. The host was amazing and responsive. Will use again!

Fantastic stay—highly recommend!This condo exceeded our expectations. The spacious living area and large patio were perfect for our group of seven to relax and spend time together—so much better than booking multiple hotel rooms.The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and worked well for our group.While it's near a homeless shelter (as noted in other reviews), we had no issues. We walked a bit but mostly used Uber. The location was great—close to the Gulch and Broadway.Communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful responses throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay on our first trip to Nashville! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything, and we were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Nashville!

Building and the unit were great! Very modern and clean, well furnished with everything needed in kitchen and baths. Deck view of city skyline is incredible. Host was extremely timely with responses and even worked with me to get a left item shipped back. Great place to stay if you are going to spend time in/around Broadway.

The penthouse is immaculate and very clean. The host was very nice and communicated in a timely manner. Checkin and out process very easy. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked very nice as well. There are some homeless people in the area but did not bother us. (across the street) You can walk easily to most places but we chose to use Uber/Lyft cheap prices. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely unforgettable! Renting the Penthouse Luxury condo with a pool, patio, and sweeping city views just steps to Broadway—made our Nashville guys trip legendary. From the moment we walked in, the place screamed upscale comfort: spacious bedrooms, chic living areas, and a huge private patio perfect for morning coffee or late-night beers with a view. The pool and outdoor lounge area were ideal for relaxing or rallying the crew before hitting the town.Being able to walk to Broadway’s biggest hot spots saved us time and hassle, letting us dive instantly into Nashville’s epic nightlife. Plus, the condo’s amenities, like a gym and top-tier kitchen turned downtime into an experience itself. Every detail felt curated for the perfect mix of luxury and convenience.If you’re planning a guys trip, this penthouse is the spot. Five stars would book again without hesitation

Beautiful place! The first night to start a 50th celebration of eternal sister friends! It was a bit challenging checking in but we figured it out and the communication was stellar! Thank you so much! Absolutely gorgeous views of the skyline!

Property was excellent: secure, clean and comfortable. Walkable to the Gulch or to Broadway. Pool was packed on weekend with lots of bachelor/bachelorette groups. Our host's communication was great. We'd recommend the stay

This place is amazing! The condo is very clean. The balcony is awesome! We spent a lot of time out there. Beds are comfortable (very important to me). The condo is in a great location and able to walk everywhere.The hosts responded immediately on all our questions. Keep door codes very handy. We would definitely stay here again. My two oldest sons live in downtown Nashville and they wanted me to bring down three of their nephews. I usually stay at the Conrad, but wanted something where we could all be together and quiet. This unit was perfect. I really appreciated that it was a quiet no party building. I will most likely use it again and highly recommend it!

A great stay for my family, condo was great, plenty of room, great view from the huge patio…wonderful light and caught some rays. Entire building was very well kept. A short walk to broadway made stay easy. Would definitely stay again

Our family of 7 stayed and everything from check in to check out was amazing! The unit itself was so well kept and clean. There was ample seating and the beds were so comfortable. The quality of the items used to furnish the unit was evident. The balcony was beautiful! This was a wonderful find!
