Penthouse in the heart of Downtown Fargo with private rooftop patio

The ONLY thing was i booked this property through expedia and waited until i was done with with work at 630pm to check to see if i had gotten any check in information. Since i still hadnt gotten anything, i called the number provided on expedia which lead me to an automated recorder which lead me to someone that has to contact on call maintenence. I had to then wait another 30 minutes until even leaving my home before the property owner called and clarified where the information had gone, which was to VRBO. Which i had no idea so i wasn't able to check in until 8pm. The staff was at prompt as they could be and stated they took note of the way the communicating mixed up to prevent further issues.

Very good location nice secure garage to park in. Will stay here again! Short walk to everything downtown. Didn’t use the Hottub and fireplace on the roof but looked nice.

The space was just as described. Plenty of room for 6 people. Short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. The hot tub and space on the roof were great! Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were quick to respond to all of my questions prior to getting there. Would definitely do it again!

We fell in love with the entire place. It was huge and spacious. The wooden doors are beautiful. The location is on point for anyone looking to be downtown. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location with proximity to downtown Fargo. The rental had super spaces for gathering with a group of friends to visit – from the kitchen island to the dining room table to the cozy living room. Master bathroom (and in particular the shower) was awesome! We weren’t able to use the rooftop space due to rainy weather, but I’m sure that would have been an added bonus! Communication with the owner was easy and quick.

The penthouse is in a perfect location to spend some time exploring downtown Fargo where there are many restaurants and shops to explore. The rooftop hot tube was very nice after a day shopping. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would stay here again.

Spacious, clean, quiet, many amenities

We have stayed at the penthouse 5 times now. We have a conference on Broadway and it's within walking distance. We enjoy ourselves everytime.

The penthouse was as expected- pictures portrayed the penthouse to a tee! Spacious, lots of accommodations (iron/board, blow dryer, towels, TP, washer dryer, hot tub with lots of rooftop seating.). It made it easy to keep everyone under one roof. I woukd definitely recommend.

It was a perfect home base as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding.

We enjoyed our stay. The Christmas decorations were a nice extra. Beds were comfortable and the place seemed clean. I would suggest a variety of coffee and tea for guests. Thank you for providing a good stay!

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from MSUM. This property was a perfect location to celebrate with family and friends. Spacious. Clean. Great views of the snowstorm.

What a great weekend. Place was beauiful! And great location. Only bummer was the listing said one bedroom has 2 qu. Bess, but it was actually the living room and it had1 pullout sofa and 1 airmatress. Everything else was great!

Very nice clean place

What a great property for family members to reunite! Great location. Close to everything. Layout of condo was perfect for visiting, relaxing, enjoying hot tub and city sights. Easily accommodated six adults. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property and we LOVE it. It's centrally located to everything and there's plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was good. Great place, great communication with the owner. The only complaint I have is that the listing appeared to show 7 beds, but two of those ended up being air mattresses. I might have missed that in the description, but I didn't see it. It was fine, I have no problem with an air mattress, it just wasn't clear to us that is what was available. Overall it was a terrific stay, in an excellent apartment. Thank you.
