We had a wonderful time! The steam shower was amazing after our hike at Warren Dunes. The property was clean. The owners responded very quickly. Easy parking and easy entry into the property. Would visit again!

Such an amazing property! It was a fabulous getaway for a couple of healthcare workers who needed a much needed break from working through covid

This place exceeded expectation in every way! Hosts were beyond helpful and the entire weekend was enhanced because of the place we chose to stay! Accommodations were chic, functional, roomie, comfortable, and so well-equipped. Loved it!

The property was amazing. Large space with plenty of room. The bed we used in the master was very comfortable! Ambiance accentuated with a steam shower in the master bath, a fireplace in the living room and a hot tub on the balcony— accessible from either bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of utensils and dishes, pots and pans. Coffee maker and toaster were provided. Communication’s with the host, Joe, were easy and his response was quick! No questions, no problems! Check in was a breeze. Will definitely see if this spot is available next time we come to Michigan’s harbor country! Thanks

Great place! Had a well stocked kitchen, very clean and lots of space to hang out, sit by the fire or play games at the table.

It was a cold, snowy stay, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the indoors were clean and cozy. The fireplace was perfect, the TV nook was just right for two and the kitchen was one of the best stocked I have experienced through VRBO. I would love to go back for a family stay during better weather!

Joe is an awesome host, always accessible and quickly responds to messages. The Penthouse is a true 10/10 experience. Fully stocked for a quiet getaway! Super clean and very relaxing trip (loved the hot tub)! We had a great time and will be sure to book again!

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful space! The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the hosts have thought of anything else you might want or need (games, movies, snacks, etc). We sayed for our anniversary in October and the hosts thoughtfully gifted us champagne and a cake! We loved the balcony hot tub and the living room fireplace, and watched a movie from the DVD collection provided. We walked to the Swedish bakery each morning for a delicious breakfast, and hit a few antique shops nearby too. Bring earplugs for sleep for the trains at night.

We stayed for a Girls Trip, and it was perfect. Beds are super comfy, everything was clean. Both bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful and spacious. All the little extras like coffee, creamer, snacks, spices and toiletries was so nice. Both decks were used. The hot tub was great and the front deck was awesome for card games and drinks. The dining room table was great for our Mimosa Brunch. The Swedish Bakery is amazing to walk to and we went to the Dunes, which is a must see! We enjoyed Harvest Fest, Brewsters and Stray Dog in New Buffalo and also went to the Round Barn Winery. Great location, we will definitely be back!

Hot Tub was Clean and Worked as it should. The Steam Shower is a great addition. Both a front and back deck for morning and afternoon sun. Centrally located and close to most of the Breweries, Wineries and Restaurants. Warren Dunes and Weko beach are just 10 mins away.

Having owned 2 and rented and stayed at several vacation homes -- many in this very same area -- myself and wife have to say this property tops them all. Located within minutes of the many unique sites and experiences the nearby villages and lakeshore has to offer we can't imagine a better experience. Add to these the kind and timely communication(s) with the owners, the comfortable, beautiful, spacious and superbly well appointed home and a kitchen fully equipped for us foodies...our get-away was nothing short of A. If there were a 6th star we'd give it.

Very nice , quiet , had plenty of coffee, spices , detergent ….. everything you needed .Only 1 hair dryer , so you might consider bringing one if a lot of girls . I would recommend this property !

The property was exactly as presented. Everything was in very good order and well provisioned. We were very comfortable during our stay even though the rain limited our deck time. My only suggestion is to look at the throw rugs in the master bath. They could be a trip hazard.

This was a girls weekend trip we planned to be out and about most of the time. There were 4 adult women. We ended up spending more time in than out. The condo was immaculate, welcoming and so spacious. We did not want to cook or clean but Joe and Kate go the extra mile for guests to feel welcome. I have never been to a VRBO that had spices and condiments and so many basics. We loved the space, the decor, everything. We actually met Joe as we were leaving and he was so wonderful! Took our picture and engaged with us. Highly recommend this place. Easy to get to Saint Joe or New Buffulo. Weko Beach is beautiful not over crowded and easy tobget to.

This is not my first review but it bears repeating that Joe and Kate’s place always offers a fabulous stay.The interior is well maintained and offers plenty of great space. The outdoor spaces are peaceful and great for enjoying the beautiful Michigan weather, and the location can’t be beat. No doubt I’ll return again soon!

Perfect place for anyone’s needs. Very clean and with plenty of room to spread out or sit in a coz nook. Kitchen fully outfitted and lovely snacks. Attended Benton Harbor wedding, swam in the lake, played card games on giant table. Sawyer shop sold me foods and I found everything I needed knife/platter to prepare it. I like trains and got to experience them going right outside the dwelling. Quiet well landscaped and cared for outside and porch. I’d go again.

Great stay which has also been my past experience at this property. It is well kept, has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and is in a great location. We will be back!

Great place to relax and get away from everything

The Penthouse being smack in the middle of a small town was an amazing experience! A level of calmness and serenity meets modern, contemporary design and provided an amazing time away. The hosts, Joe and Kate do an amazing job of making sure you have everything you need and leave clear instructions on what to do when you want to use ammenities!! Felt like we could feel their hospitality from how comfortable we felt staying here! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Amazing!

Property was as advertised. Clean, Spacious and Comfortable. Steam Shower was pretty sweet !! Location for local attractions, Wineries, Breweries, Restaurants, Beach and Hiking, was Convenient. Weather for us wasn't optimal so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the property's deck and outside amenities.Pay close attention to location and parking instructions ! We definitely would recommend and hopefully stay here again.

This property has so many perks ; hot tub , complimentary little coffee / tea bar , they even had a variety snacks & treats we appreciated as well. Located close to winery’s , antique stores , unique eateries & best of all Lake Michigan.

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Great location and absolutely beautiful place. They have rrally thought of everything you may need. Clean and cozy. Plenty of space and room for the 3 of us to enjoy and the Hot Tub was the absolute plus in snowy weather.

This was our first time at this property. The layout is great and the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Terrific location, and the nearby Turkish restaurant was very good, just a short walk away.

Loved staying at the vineyard loft The Penthouse. It was such a perfect place to stay and convenient location. Not far from a lot of our favorite places and new places we wanted to try. The host was available when needed. Everything was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is a great property in an ideal location. It’s spacious and well maintained and has everything on hand you need to enjoy the nearby beaches. There are lots of restaurants nearby or if not you can cook on the grill and enjoy the lovely deck. It’s my go to place to stay when in the area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful townhome right off Red Arrow Highway with a pretty outdoor space, fully stocked kitchen and big bedrooms. Close to everything in Harbor County

We were in the region for a High School reunion so we shared the loft with another couple. It was roomy, comfortable and provided the nice balance of together space as well as affording us room to be on our own. I could spend a day just reading in the chaise as the sun washes in through those great windows. Wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and two boys stayed here over labor day weekend. The unit was fantastic. It had everything we needed. Loved the area also. There were many great places to go nearby. My boys definitely took advantage of the complimentary snacks :)

The property was very nice. Very quiet we slept good all the furniture shoes are very clean. The owner of this place is amazing.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed plus a lot more. Everything was in excellent condition. We especially appreciated all the beach supplies and the coffee. We did not have time to take advantage of the BBQ, steam bath or hot tub but many another time. The owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again if we have a chance to return. One of our favourite stays.

We loved our stay at Kate and Joe's condo. It's sleek, clean, extravagant-yet comfortable. Condo's architectural design offered welcome privacy Location was ideal for swimming in Lake Michigan, beach & dune combing, choosing from favorite restaurants - Cafe Gulistan, Harbert Swedish Bakery and too many more to name. We explored area farm stands, charming community events and hikes in the woods. Returning to the comfortable condo after hours of exertion was heaven. It's first rate, everything works well and looks good, We even enjoyed a meteor shower from the hottub. Thank you, Jan & Doug

Enjoyed our stay. The home is decorated aesthetically pleasing, and was comfortable. We enjoyed the local sites, and visiting vineyards on our stay. Hot tub, steam shower, and electric piano were also a nice treat. Thank you!
