Reed is very timely in his responses. Everything was as advertised. New property, great location, easy ski ski out, easy short walk to base villageI prefer firmer pillows as this is my only suggestion

Great location for our ski vacation at Snowmass. Very comfortable and updated, with a full kitchen and new appliances, and great views of the mountain. Super convenient ski in (although ski out option was temporarily closed) and lockers to leave all ski gear. Perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful building and common areas. Will be back!

Place is awesome and center located. Close to a bus stop and is a phenomenal unit. Great decor and no expense spared on the multi million dollar condo. Lots of room for kids upstairs and the amenities of the condo are great. I used the lap pull everyday I was there. Reed is on top of his game. Very responsive and the cleaning staff were super nice.

Owner/Reed was fantastic. We loved this place and were already imagining our next trip. Communication was very easy and we didn’t have any issues. We would definitely recommend to our friends/family. Reed was great at communicating with us on updates and was easy to reach. The view was great, and the property was clean. This place had everything we needed. Thank you!

This property was perfect for our family! Located right at the base of the mountain, it made it easy for us to walk to the gondola and restaurants with our kids. The property itself was beautiful - very modern and clean. I loved the way it was decorated…lots of beautiful RH furniture throughout. The kids loved the upstairs area with 4 bunk beds. The only thing that is a slight negative (and this is very minor) is the upstairs is open so when the kids go to bed, it’s hard to use the downstairs living area because the TV and lights would keep them awake. But that wasn’t a big deal at all. We loved the property and would definitely stay there again!

The property is just as nice as the photos look, we really loved it. Very spacious and super clean. Location is also good. We appreciate the mid week clean (after requesting it). Reed was super responsive.A few minor cons:- for the price point, the quality of the bathroom toiletries was disappointing. It’s just Costco goods- the lock system is a bit annoying, no way to get in and out without your phone cell signal. We had kids with us without phones

Spectacular time spent in unit 608. Amazing views of the mountain and valley, while a short walk to the village and activities. Thanks for making our family trip so enjoyable.
