Penthouse Condo with Water Views

All good. Minor issues with wifi and dishwasher quickly sorted out by host. Apartment in general very clean and well equipped.

Second time at this property.We have stayed in Siesta lots of times this is at the top of my list.Host is very nice and she always gets back to you.

Dana was super responsive and his condo is lovely! A short drive and you’re where you want to be. Our kids loved the pool. The listing indicates the beach is a 5 min walk. This is only true is you cut through and trespass on private property. The proper way is to hop on to the trolly or drive to the public beach.The condo only comes with ‘initial provisions’, which for a family of four for a week’s stay was three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, dish soap, watered down hand soap and two dishwasher pellets. The instructions request no more than two loads of laundry when you leave, but there was no detergent. Finally, we did not have counter cleaner or glass cleaner, so we did our best with soap and water to wipe surfaces. I’m not sure if this is a VRBO thing or a host specific thing, but for me, basic provisions include a few more items than what were provided.

We had a great trip. Condo was just as described. The beach chairs and toys were a nice to have access to. Excellent communication with owner- she was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Place not very clean. Dirty corners and baseboards. Never cleaned behind toilets. Filthy worn rug in living room. Should be easy fix by management. Otherwise kitchen clean and has everything you need. Location and accommodations as described, otherwise great.

Great location, beautiful clean condominium. Everything is just as pictured. Excellent host and communication. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the spacious condo, pool area, being on the fifth floor, pool noise was great, love to hear people and children having fun, if you don’t want to hear it simply keep patio door closed. We would love to come back again to this lovely place.

Nice and clean condo. Owner was nice and easy to communicate with. Pool was crowded with limited seating.Living room had Loveseats only, no couch for relaxing. Very well stocked with beach supplies.

We had a great one month stay at this condo. The condo was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated. Nice view from the lanai as well as the entrance side of the condo. Just a 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach. We enjoyed spending time on the dock every day. Dana was a wonderful host! We already booked the condo for next February!

The apartment was nice & clean. No complaints!

This beautiful condo was clean and exactly as listed. There were beach chairs, towels, cart, umbrella, coolers, (you name it) available to use. It was close to Siesta Key beach and Turtle Beach. You can get to either of those beaches by driving or using the Breeze (free trolley which is a must). The thing we liked best was the amazing communication with the owner! Dana replied back within minutes (less than 5) when I had a question. And the check-in process was easy and very detailed! I highly, highly recommend this condo. If we ever come back, this is where I’d want to stay.
