PENTHOUSE CONDO | BEAUTIFUL | 3 BEDS | 3 BATHS | 2 LEVELS | MAGNIFICENT VIEWS

We received nothing by way of check-in information; arrived in the rain & had a hard time communicating (in Spanish—our bad) with the gate keeper. Our names were in his list, but he didn’t know where to get the key. Owner finally contacted—he said “sorry… the code was switched)… although we never got a code. The apartment itself was fine in terms of layout, but a lot of things were broken (no light in master BR, freezer ice didn’t work, dishwasher leaked). The grounds & pools were terrific.

Great location, quite and safe.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and Xiomara was wonderful. The only thing was that in one of the bedrooms the bed was broken. The rest was great.

THERE WASN'T ANY DISH TOWELS OR CLOTHS. SOME OF THE DISHES WERE REALLY DIRTY I COUNLDN'T GET THEM CLEAN. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT.

Condo location was very nice. Xiomara, our hostess was very helpful with any concerns we had.

What a fantastic stay we had. The apartment is big and comfortable for a family with room to spread out. The place is clean, the two decks are amazing and the complex amenities are well appointed and awesome. If I could, I'd give 6 stars.

Excellent property and location. Very comfortable for 4 people. Plenty of pans for cooking, etc. Safe and secure. Convenient to beaches, snorkeling, rainforest, kayaking and activities. Great assigned parking very close to building. Convenient for excellent restaurant options. Gym was more than sufficient for weights and cardio. Disappointing: jacuzzi was not heated and no way to turn on jets, also No access to sauna. Otherwise, fantastic. Would definitely recommend or come back to this property.

Great condo. Convenient location. There was a bit of confusion and miscommunication in the beginning of our week-long stay with regards to directions, parking, and locating the entry keys. The owner and the property manager were very responsive and super nice. We greatly enjoyed the experience.

This property was exactly as described….nicely decorated…owner was responsive…beach chairs…& cooler was provided…parking spaces available….great views on both floors of the unit…spacious….my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again

Well but simply furnished. Very spacious, easy parking. had everything we need except for a second key! I understand this is a condo complex issue, but it is very challenging to manage a family vacation with multiple people with only one key! Other than that all was great. Nice restaurants nearby, easy access to the beach, lighthouse park, bio bay, snorkeling, etc.

We stayed at this condo during our spring break. The condo has amazing views and plenty of room to spread out. We loved the infinity pool. We felt safe as we were traveling with all females. We were able to walk to dinner one night due to the convenience of the location. We also left on a snorkeling trip right across the street at the marina. The beach towels were nice and thick and we had access to a cooler and beach chairs. The beds were very confortable. We will be back!

We had an excellent stay here. Communication was clear and came in a timely manner. The property is huge, and we enjoyed the large patio. Xiomara answered any questions we had during our stay. The location was perfect for us - almost everything we wanted to do (Bio Bay, El Yunque, Seven Seas Beach, Luquillo Kiosks, etc) was a short drive away. The unit was stocked with pickleball paddles, aloe, beach towels, a beautiful new beach umbrella and comfortable beach chairs, etc. We would not hesitant to stay here again if we return.

Our condo was very comfortable and fit our needs just perfectly for 2 adult and 3 kids. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Property is as advertised, super clean and spacious. 3 couples spent 6 days here and everyone loved it. 2 outdoor seating areas are awesome. Plenty of room inside, even though we never used it, too nice out to be inside. Plenty of great restarants within a short drive. Having a vehicle is highlyrecommended. short driving distance

We loved this property! It was clean and spacious! The views from the top of the penthouse were breathtaking and the unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Fajardo. Our hosts were very communicative and helped make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this property!

Location was excellent and the owner and housekeeper were extremely helpful. Would Definitely rent this place again. Beautiful island and people!

The property was as listed. The owner was communicated when needed. Check in was smooth. The only complaint I did have was dryer. The dryer. Doesn’t dry clothes within the first cycle. I had to cycle the dryer three to four times. Which was very annoying. Overall the general was clean.

The condo was in a very nice area, near places to eat and convenient stores. It was everything that we hoped for it to be! We were very pleased. (The instructions, helpful hints and places to visit and eat were perfect for us!)

Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the marina. The location was secure, peaceful and very well maintained. The property manager was prompt and checked in with our party to ensure we wouldn't have to wait long to enter the property. Everything was as described, fully functional and spotless. We can't wait to book our next trip.

This place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view from the spacious roof deck! It was clean and had everything my family needed for a weeks stay! We had an issue with the washer and the owner and property manager were right on it and worked hard to resolve the issue and inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again and already recommended it to friends and family!
