The Space:

Stunning gulf view from this professionally decorated top floor 2 Bedroom/2 bathroom spacious unit. This is a top floor Penthouse unit. The screened lanai has a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop sundeck features a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pointe Santo is a family-friendly complex surrounded by lush vegetation and offers beach access, elevators, community pool and hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts, clubhouse with sundeck, organized children's activities, volleyball, picnic area and shuffleboard courts. Concerning floor plan, Pointe Santo B45 boasts two large bedrooms and two bathrooms with the following configurations:



Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite access to both the patio and primary bathroom, which features a large vanity and renovated walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom 1: Two full beds sharing access to the hallway bathroom with single vanity and renovated walk in shower

Living Room: Has two sleeper sofas. One is a single oversized armchair sleeper and the other is a full sized sleeper sofa. The full sized one has a temper pedic mattress.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, beach access, and tennis court during their stay. PARKING: Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Each unit has one reserved parking space. Park in the parking space reserved for your unit number only. Non-reserved spaces are extremely limited and may not be available. All motorized vehicles parked in non-reserved spaces must also display a valid parking permit. Permits may be obtained from the Pointe Santo office. No RVs, trailers, jet skis or boats are allowed

Pointe Santo is one of the most exclusive developments on Sanibel Island and highly sought after for its amenities and first rate location. Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay Road. The condo is located just minutes from downtown Sanibel, with plenty of options for dining an shopping, as well as a short drive to JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

We recommend a rental car or golf cart or bikes

Guests will be required to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in to this residence A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
