This top floor, sunny, south corner Chateau Roaring Fork condo with an unobstructed view of Aspen Mountain is located just three blocks from the Little Nell Hotel and Silver Queen Gondola, City Market and the Aspen Core. The cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling glass wall bring the outdoors in. The unit is warm and welcoming.

The kitchen and dining room feature granite countertops with a matching granite table for eight. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, including cherry cabinets, a large gas range, and stainless steel appliances including a convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, a separate wine cooler and a gas grill on the deck with an outdoor table allowing you to cook/eat al fresco.

From the spacious living/dining room, with double faced gas fireplace, you are treated to views of Aspen Mountain, watching skiers go by as you are enjoying your morning coffee from both the living room and dining table. Our unit is the best location to watch Aspen's renowned fireworks displays.

You relax on a large, upscale leather couch and two wonderful reclining chairs in the living room with a large wall mounted Television/sound bar/bluetooth in the living room. The unit is fully serviced by fast Wi-Fi.

The large Master Bedroom with a king size bed contains a newly added en-suite bath with a heated floor and twin sinks. It has views facing both Independence Pass and the Roaring Fork river.

All bedrooms each have their own televisions. At guest's option the two non-master bedrooms can be made up with either two extra long twin beds, or the beds can be joined together and set up as a single king bed, as you prefer.

Your stay includes MAID SERVICE with ABI, THE BEST HOUSEKEEPER IN ASPEN! There is also a full size washer and dryer, and a Rinnai Instant hot water system assuring that you will never run out of hot water.

The Chateau Roaring Fork Complex has the largest pool in Aspen, with two large hot tubs. The hot tubs are great meeting places in which to soak after skiing or hiking, as well as a wonderful amenity in the summertime. There is also a sauna, and small workout room.

There are beautiful hiking trails right outside your door including the East Aspen trail, a very short walk to the locals favorite Ute Trail, links to the nearby Rio Grande Trail by Hallam Lake, Glory Hole Park to name a few.

It is hard to choose what the best part of staying in this unit is Is the comfortable condo itself, where you can relax by the fireplace, throw something on the grill and enjoy a comfortable meal together; or is it the convenient core location where everything is in easy walking distance from the Supermarket to the Gondola, to Restaurant Row, to the Downtown shops, to the Roaring Fork Transportation Hub with free bus service to the other ski areas - Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, Buttermilk -as well as service down valley all the way to Glenwood Springs; or, is it the easy access to the many trails outside your door Who knows, but it's just great.

On a different note, the rules of the Condominium Association prohibit guests from bringing any animals into the complex. This rule is strictly enforced. Smoking, of ANY substance, including tobacco products, vape pipes, marijuana, etc. is strictly forbidden anywhere on the premises, notwithstanding the fact that smoking these substances may be permitted by Colorado law.

Because of the convenient location in the core and Aspen's wonderful public transportation system you do not need a car to get around. If you do bring a car you will be provided with a single parking pass for the condominium lot.

There is a four-day minimum stay, with longer minimums at select times. Daily rates are listed on our site, but may be modified for special events, etc. Actual rates will be confirmed at the time of your booking. There is an Aspen Sales Taxes of 21.3% on stays of less than 28 days, but there is no sales tax on stays of 28 days or longer.

    I had a fantastic summer stay! The condo was impeccably clean and incredibly well-stocked—even though I was there solo, it was easy to see how perfect it would be for preparing meals, grilling, and dining as a family or group. I loved starting my mornings with coffee on the patio, taking in the beautiful views of Aspen Mountain. The location was ideal—just a quick walk to town and an easy jump to my favorite hike, the Ute Trail. James was amazing with his communication and care. I can’t wait to return to the magic of Aspen—it’s magically healing.

    Had a great stay. Very well equipped condo. Was fantastic to have regular cleaning service - an added bonus. Loved the fireplace and living room. Only ask would be to update the mattresses - all 3 of us (in different rooms) had the same feedback. But overall was great and would stay again.

    Beautiful 3 bedroom, two bath condo perfect for our group of 3 couples - well appointed kitchen (other than no conventional oven but the large toaster oven and convection microwave worked well for us); daily housekeeping which was a bonus! We quickly figured out the bus routes - there is a bus stop right across the street so we didn’t have to walk 7 minutes in our ski gear to the gondola or the bus transfer station where we caught the bus to snowmass. We loved the vibe of Aspen - great restaurants and shopping. James was incredibly responsive to all questions. We parked our second car in the city parking structure - only 12.00 per day which was fine. The hot tub and pool were in good shape and very large and perfect for our group. Highly recommend!

    The penthouse at Chateau Roaring Fork was perfect! The decor was stunning, communication with the owner was flawless, and we received regular cleaning service. The place is quite large, and felt very luxurious! The location was great with shuttle buses to the Aspen base or to Rubey park transportation center for access to other mountains. The ski locker was on the first floor, and there were only two sets of stairs up to our room. The hottub pool area was easy to access too. We also cooked some, and the kitchen and grill were convenient! I have no criticism at all. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

    We had an amazing experience. We were a team of 5 people there for business meetings and we were amazed at how close this location was to downtown Aspen where our meetings were. We ended up walking everywhere as it was super convenient. The hospitality team checked in every day to service the condo and would have cleaned anything we asked them to. We're pretty self sufficient so we didn't make too many requests but what they were willing to do was more full-service than we were even expecting. And they were so sweet as well. Pleasant surprise. The owner of the property was so diligent and allowed us a few special requests which we found to so accommodating. Another super pleasant surprise. Overall, 5 Stars. There wasn't one thing more we could have expected. And we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    We had a wonderful in this property. Its central location made it easy to walk to all of Aspen’s beautiful attractions and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. James was so friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!
