Stayed Jun 28, 2025Owner is fantastic to work with. Location is within walking distance of the pier. Elevators at the complex are slow and often have a line, but the owner prepared us for that complication.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025The condo was in great condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and appliances worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing. The pool area was crowded, but well taken care of and maintained. Mike was very easy to work with and explained things very well. Dusty's was within walking distance and a great place to eat!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had a great vacation and the condo made it even better. The top floor views were unmatched and this was our fifth year in a row to visit Panama City Beach!! Stayed Oct 2, 2023We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.
