Penthouse and Mountain Views on Parkway in Pigeon Forge!

Amazing.

Everything you need for a vacation. Venues and shows close by. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking was excellent. Communication up to and after our stay was very good.

This was a great choice of a place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge with lots of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby. It also has an excellent of the sunrise from the balcony.

Condo is in the middle of everything & walkable to many different places to eat & play! Beautiful mountain views & so peaceful.

This unit had everything that we could want for a family of five away from home! First, the unit was very clean and well decorated! The owner Shannon, was very easy to communicate with....she always responded to my questions promptly. The unit was, to our delight, bigger than I was expecting! The washing machine and dryer were definitely a plus for our family as we were there for my son’s baseball tournament! To top it all off, the beds were very comfortable! This unit is very nice, and I would definitely recommend! Our next time back, we’ll definitely look to stay here again!

Property was beautiful and easy to access from the parkway. Condo was very nicely decorated and up to date. Top level provided great view of Smokies, sunrise, and Dollywood's nightly fireworks. The pool area was clean, but fairly crowded due to the heat. Property owner was very helpful despite Expedia/HomeAway not being at all helpful. Dunkin Donuts, Cracker Barrel, Local Goat (great restaurant), all within walking distance.

This was the best stay! We’ve been coming up for 7 years now and thank goodness we found this place because this will be where we stay every time now. It was so clean, so homey, beautiful balcony view, very quiet area. Being right beside the elevator we never even heard it. We have 2 toddlers and the place was even perfect for them. Seriously the best stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The condo was spacious, comfortable and decor and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed our location and loved the view from deck. Our host communicated well and made everything easy for our get away. Would highly recommend renting this condo.

Condo was as described and we enjoyed our stay with the grandkids. They loved the pools and playgrounds. Location is perfect !

My husband and I came down for Jeep Invasion and this was our 1st time at this property complex. The condo was fantastic, bed comfy, shower plenty of hot water, and beautiful view from the balcony. Pool area looked nice but we did not swim. Owner Shannon was responsive with my questions.We will definitely be staying again.

Great condo and host. Kids loved the pool and playground areas. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, towels and appliances that made things easier so we didn't have pack as much. Lots of parking space and the elavator was really convenient. The walking trail was great for a morning walk as it was very calm and not that crowded. The host was receptive on a couple things I noticed that needed to be addressed and stayed in contact throughout my trip which was a great gesture to ensure we were having a good time. I would definitely recommend and will be returning to this location in the future!

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. It was very nice and clean. Perfect for a couples weekend getaway. We loved the view from the top floor. Highly recommend this condo. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great throughout the whole process. This was a great location close to all the attractions. 5 star rating from us !!!

My sister and I go to pigeon forge every year for our sister getaway. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo and it is fantastic! We hope to stay here everytime we come. Perfect location. Very clean. Has everything you need and a great view! Love it

We actually didn stay in the condo that we originally paid for but due to a family not checking out on time i was upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full baths .. when i say beautiful ? OMG it was amazingly beautiful and plenty of room... balcony views amazing. We could even open the master bedroom double doors to see out but it wasn't a walk out balcony but still we could enjoy the view. Our stay wasnt long enough but we will definitely be back .i was be requesting this condo . Thx so much Shannon
