Room wasn’t cleaned very well.

The condo is beautiful. Enjoyed my stay. The only thing I’ll have change is better soap for bathing and handwashing.

Beautiful place to stay

While we love Ocean Walk and have stayed there many times. We were disappointed with the condition of our unit. We paid for early check in and spent the several hours trying to get someone to come in and clean the unit and make multiple repairs. The host had a cleaning crew come back to replace stained bedding, mattress pads with something red on them, remove a broken chair and tell us they cleaned the showers. We went out and bought cleaning supplies to disinfect them because they didn’t look clean.The host had maintenance come up to fix the falling off cupboard doors, attach the shower drain, attach the dishwasher so it stayed in place, fixed drawers in multiple dressers. The dining room chair cushions (all 6)were all falling apart and worn. They were replaced 4 days later.The maintenance crew worked very hard to fix what they could. We appreciated them! Needless to say, we were disappointed with the quality of the unit and the time spent to get things taken care off. We tried to move rooms but there weren’t any options to fit our family available.John was responsive and I hope he holds this owner accountable for maintaining their unit.

We always have a nice stay at the Ocean Walk, it is walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

We stay at Ocean Walk a lot and was very disappointed in this unit. We stayed 3 nights and paid a lot and we expected the unit to be nice & clean for that price. It was filthy and very outdated. The furniture is very old and very uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work for 2 of the days. Owner sent maintenance but they didn’t fix it. The floor was so dirty that we had to wear our shoes while in the condo. We left early on Sun even though we paid 75 for late check out because the unit was hot. If the owners are going to charge top dollar, then this unit needs some major attention. I wish I had taken more photos to post to show its condition. Porch needs power washing, it was black and sticky, furniture is very old, rug in living room was so dirty and floors left the bottom of your feet black. I was very torn on posting a negative review but felt like it was fair to warn others so that they are aware before paying to rent this unit. The reviews as far back from 2023 have the same complaints and the owner advised they would fix the issues but it’s 7/2025 and the same issues have still not been fixed.

Really nice

This property was not maintained, hole in wall, paint peeling on bath cabinets, pull out sofa stained. Pillowcase stained, thin sheets, dining chairs need to be recovered, 2 of 3 hairdryers didn't work. Thick dust under furniture & corners were nasty. We had a beautiful view from the balcony, but don't lean on the railing the paint will come off on your elbow.

Loved the location! Could use a little updated and minor repairs, but we were happy.

The accommodations were nice and convenient. Makes a great space if traveling with family. If break is needed from each other, the back area can be closed off from the front area. Its like a small apartment. The condo itself was nice and great views, but it does need some updating and maintenance. More aesthetics than anything else. Nothing earth shattering just some updates. The bathroom cabinet doors are peeling. Water pressure was great and the jacuzzi tub worked great. We went when it was not so busy and elevator came quick, but if staying on the 19th floor during busy season,be prepared to wait.

Location and view were wonderful. Rained a lot but local venues attached to condo were accessible in the rain. Tuesday morning however we had a building evacuation at 7:30 am and not sure why. Think someone pulled a fire alarm. Really inconvenient and unexpected, kinda ruined the days plans and our last day. All in all, for the price it was good. Condo we rented needs some updates and better cleaning. Off season a lot cheaper and less people.
