Pensacola Beach Condo w/ Patio & Access to Beach!

The property was easy to find. It was in a desirable location. It was very clean and tidy. It was well appointed with all that we needed to enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the condo. The host was ready to communicate, and the condo had everything you need to enjoy a getaway at the beach. We highly recommend!

Condo was wonderful! So clean and comfy! I slept so good every night! Owners have gone above and beyond! As soon as we walked in the feeling of Wow! I would not want to stay anywhere else in Pensacola. The beach was close! The pool was nice! The other guests were nice and friendly!I can’t make any suggestions for changes!

We had a fabulous stay!! Such a clean property and everything you could need is available to you. Very easy communication with the host! My favorite part was the patio door in the bedroom!! I would keep it open and close the curtains to ready my book during an afternoon! So nice!

This was the perfect place for a nice getaway! The condo was very spacious for a couple or family with small kids. It was clean. The property was nice all around and being on the bottom floor was great. Getting to the beach was quick and easy, just like I like when visiting the beach!the

First time to Pensacola. The beach is beautiful!! Our condo was just what we needed. Close to the beach and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend it.

We loved this condo. It was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed being on the ground floor even though there wasn’t an ocean view. It was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect, easy to use the free busses. The condo had everything and was clean and very comfortable. The beach is RIGHT THERE outside, we truly could not have had a better experience.

while the condo itself was very nice and extremely clean, the photo that you’re still using to advertise this location is misleading. It indicates to me that the condo is beachfront and it is not. It’s close to the beach but does not have a view from the condo itself. The owner contacted me right before and explained that I would be disappointed if that was my expectation and since it was and I spent the nightly fee for what I thought was beachfront, I requested some money back which the owner complied with without complaint. That’s why I don’t understand why you’re still using the same photo. The owner was kind & available and even mailed me back the bathing suit I left behind. Great place but deceiving about the beachfront view!

Perfect sized property for a couple or small family (with one or two small children on sofa bed) This is truly a turn-key property to walk in and start enjoying the sugar white beach just steps away. Note: as a ground floor apartment, the sand dunes block any direct view of the beach or water from the spacious back porch. A relaxing and clean fresh water pool is also available to residents along with a sand and salt wash-off station with two hoses once you leave the beach. Staff member Heather met us in the lobby to give us our parking pass and to ensure all of our questions were answered and get us started on a very fun and relaxing week.

Great location, easy check in process. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Convenient beach access — FYI there are umbrellas and chairs that are available for rent on the beach :)

Everything was as listed, the beach was perfect had a nice boardwalk to go from beach to condo with a place to wash off the sand at the end.
